  • Is this what the pulpit has been reduced to in God's church?

  • I have seen people in the mental hospital I used to work at act JUST like this. nonsensical noises and chatter....etc...

  • The only word I can think of about this guy is idio?.

  • IF YOUR DISCERNMENT ISN'T KICKING IN...THERE IS A PROBLEM! THIS IS WRONG! "WHAT IS OY OY OY?!!!!"

  • I HAVE THE RIGHT TO JUDGE THIS REPROBATE BASTARD!

SOMEONE SHOULD SHOVE A DICK IN HIS MOUTH AND SHUT HIM THE FUCK UP!

  • @jehovahuponyou Looks like you've taken great care to not allow any kind of wrong spirit into your life, so of course you'd be in a position to judge Crowder.

  • @TheAlan39 - YA DAMN TOOTEN THERE, ALBERT ALAN ALMOST!

LOOK, STOP WAVING YOUR RAINBOW FLAG AND GET ON THE CORRECT TEAM!

  • @jehovahuponyou You have a right to make judgments about him, but if you wish for God to forgive you then you don't have a right to pass judgments on him/condemn him. God judges all for all they do in the flesh and Crowder will have to answer to the good judge and justice, however it shall go, will happen.

  • @steveoho - I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU MEAN BY 'PASSING JUDGEMENTS' - WHAT IS DONE IN THE HEART AND MIND IS ALREADY RECORDED WITH THE LORD - ONE CAN NOT PASS SENTENCE UPON SOMEONE, FOR WE HAVE NO POWER TO EITHER SAVE OR CONDEMN.

IT IS TRUE THAT ALL KNEES SHALL BOW AND ALL TONGUES SHALL CONFESS - BUT WHY WOULD I WISH GOD TO FORGIVE HIM, IF I HAVE NOT JUDGED HIS ACTIONS AS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS FORGIVING?

WE ALL STAND IN NEED OF THE LORD'S MERCY.

  • @jehovahuponyou Umm not sure why the caps-lock... please don't do that in the future. I was merely commenting on the judge not lest ye be judged passage which leads people to improperly not make any sort of judgment about the rightness or wrongness of an action.

  • @steveoho - THE CAPS-LOCK IS A TRADE MARK OF MINE, I HAVE TYPED SO IN THE PAST AND WILL SO IN THE FUTURE, TAINT NUTHIN PERSONAL NOR TELL ME TO STOP.

ACTUALLY YOU WERE CORRECTING ME AND TELLING ME TO USE MORE LOVE - I MERELY EXPLAINED TO YOU THAT YOU, I, NOR THE APOSTLE PAUL COULD 'LOVE' NOR 'PERSUADE' ANY MAN INTO SALVATION. THE GREATEST LOVE WE CAN SHOW ANOTHER IS THE TRUTH, I DO IT ROUGHLY, AGAIN, THAT IS ME.

YOU ARE 100% CORRECT ABOUT THE 'JUDGE NOT' PASSAGE.

  • @jehovahuponyou No it is not us that saves, but God. And he uses our preaching and our holy lives to speak to and change the hearts of others. We're also called to speak the truth in love and to let our gentleness be evident to all. I saw a clip of a street preacher who castigated Lady Gaga for her lifestyle and music when she had questions. Yeah he spoke true... she didn't learn why it was bad or what to do about it and his attitude inoculates against future evangelism

  • @steveoho - OUR LIVES NOR SPEECH HAS NEVER, NOR WILL THEY EVER 'CHANGE' THE HEARTS OF OTHERS - THAT IS THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT ALONE. EVER HEAR OF HARD LOVE, EVER READ WHERE THE LORD HIMSELF DENOUNCED SOME PEOPLE AS VIPERS, HYPOCRITES, CHILDREN OF SATAN, ETC.? THERE IS A TIME FOR LOVING LOGIC TO OTHERS AND THERE IS A TIME FOR OPEN REBUKE - BOTH ARE LOVE, IF BOTH PROMOTE TRUTH. NONLADY BABA KNOWS RIGHT FROM WRONG, MY DOG DOES! THE GOSPEL IS OUR ONLY MESSAGE, NOT A SELF-HELP SEMINAR. THANKS.

  • @jehovahuponyou I agree that it is the spirit that saves and changes another. I'd also say law to the unrepentant and grace to the humble. However, is it not possible that the Spirit uses our actions and words as a means of doing so? Our dependence should be on the Spirit as he also leads us into obedience. Check out James 5:19-20... its referring to believers, but think of the people in your life who helped turn you from the life you lived and when you slip up. God Bless :)

  • @steveoho - YOU SAY GOD IS SOVEREIGN OVER SALVATION, THEN DENY YOUR VERY WORDS BY SAYING THE 'HUMBLE' DESERVE GRACE - NO! - GRACE CAN BE ATTAINED BY NO MEANS, IT IS A GIFT.

YOU SAY OF OUR ACTIONS: "AS A MEANS OF DOING SO" - YOU MISSED A LOT OF SCRIPTURE THERE, WHILST WE MAY SOW AND WATER, IT IS GOD ALONE WHO BRINGS THE INCREASE. HELPING A BROTHER IS FAR, FAR DIFFERENT THAN """SAVING""" ANYONE.

STEVE, DO YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE ANYTHING WE DO OR SAY ADDS TO OR THWARTS GOD'S PLANS FOR ANOTHER?

  • @jehovahuponyou I'm just saying that if I hold someone at gunpoint and explain the gospel... I doubt they'll have a genuine confession of faith... even if the Spirit has been working on them. Let me say that I understand your point and add that I hope you consider WHY commands us to good conduct. Check out Hebrews 12:14. If we continue on this we'll end up getting into Calvinism and Arminianism... something I don't care to do. Check out Evangelism and the Sovereignty of God - by J.I. Packer

  • @steveoho - EVERY CHRISTIANS DUTY IS TO SPREAD THE GOPEL TO EVERY CREATURE - IF OUR THEOLOGY DENIES OR NEGATES THAT DUTY, THEN WE NEED A NEW THEOLOGY.

EITHER GOD IS SOVEREIGN OVER EVERYTHING OR HE IS NOT SOVEREIGN AT ALL - CALVIPS AND FREWHEELERS BE DAMNED!

I APPRECIATE THE TIP ABOUT Mr. PACKER, BUT OUR TEXT BOOK IS A FAR BETTER SOURCE FOR SUCH INFORMATION.

BAD CONDUCT FOR A CHRISTIAN IS JUST AS BAD AS BEING A PANTY WAIST CHRISTIAN - I GOT IT - THANKS.

    CONT'D...

  • @jehovahuponyou - CONT'D...

GUNS, FAIR SPEECH, LOVEY DOVEY, CHURCH, STUDY, ETC. NEVER BRINGS SALVATION - FAITH. FOR SALVATION IS DELIVERED TO THE INDIVIDUAL PER THE HOLY SPIRIT. YA SEE, STEVE, SALVATION IS NOT A MENTAL ASCENT, BUT RATHER A SUPER-NATURAL EVENT - INSTIGATED BY THE LORD ALONE. WE CAN NOT MAKE A PERSON DESIRE GOD BY ANY MEANS, FOR THEY ARE DEAD IN THEIR TRESPASSES AND SINS. THE SINNER'S PRAYER IS A SACRAMENT HERESY, FOR IT IS NOT MAN WE DECIDES OR ACCEPTS, BUT GOD ALONE.

  • @jehovahuponyou Its a bit more complicated than you say. Sovereign does not mean he causes all actions, but that at the very least he is in control of all actions. If he caused all actions we would be absolved of moral wrong because it would have been God who did it and not us. Like if I were to hit you with a stick and then say the stick hit you.

I'm not saying I fully understand how free will and total sovereignty work together, but I see the Bible speak strongly of both.

  • @steveoho - IT NO MORE OR LASS COMPLICATED THAN I SAID, I HAVE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT THE LORD'S CAUSEING AND/OR ALLOWING CERTAIN THINGS, CERTAINLY THE LORD CAUSES NO SIN.

THERE IS IN SCRIPTURE THE RESPONSIBILITY (FREE WILL? NO!) OF MAN AND THE SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD, NEITHER CAN I RESOLVE THE TWO.

SO, I SPREAD THE GOSPEL (SEE MY CHANNEL) AND PRAY FOR THE SALVATION OF OTHERS (HATING THE EASY BELIEVEISM MANY PROMOTE) - THE REAST, STEVE, IS UP TO GOD. A COP-OUT, HARDLY, JUST THE TRUTH.

  • @jehovahuponyou Wait, you don't agree that some degree of free will exists? How can you have responsibility without choice?

I will say one thing about Packer's "Evangelism and the Sovereignty of God"... he says that regardless of what we believe concerning calvanism/armenianism or freewill/predestination... 1) they don't change the gospel message and 2) we're still commanded to preach the gospel.

By all means keep spreading the gospel and I will check out your channel.

  • @steveoho - DOES A DEAD MAN HAVE CHOICES? DID NOT JESUS SAY THAT THOSE WHO SIN ARE SERVENTS TO SIN? HOW FAR MUST ONE EDUCATE A PERSON BEFORE THEY """ACCEPT""" CHRIST?

"1) they don't change the gospel message and 2) we're still commanded to preach the gospel." - I TOLD YOU THAT A FEW POSTS BACK, AND I NEVER READ PACKER - ROFL!

I AGREE I AM AN ASSHOLE, BUT I SAVE JUST AS MANY PEOPLE AS PAUL DID - NONE!

THANKS FOR VIEWING MY CHANNEL - LORD BLESS YA, STEVE!

  • @jehovahuponyou Some call it the two hand approach. One position on this, which I'd disagree with, is that God reaches to us to the degree where we'd be able to grasp his hand. The second, which I see as more reasonable, is that God enlivens us to be able to choose him. Not sure if either is true.

I will also say that all good in this world is either directly or indirectly from God. As such I would say his spirit's working through us can/us allowing him to can affect others.

  • @jehovahuponyou If you've got a bit of time on your hands you may want to check out John Crowder's latest teaching on predestination and election. You might find it interesting given you're into the whole subject.

I'll send it to you :)

  • @jehovahuponyou I would disagree that we cannot make a person want God. We are called the salt of the world. I shared the verse that without holiness nobody will see the Lord. We are called to good conduct/speech that it may edify those who hear. We're called the aroma of Christ. I'd also point out 1 Peter 2:12. None of these deny that it is God who draws and the Spirit that convicts.

  • Comment removed

  • @steveoho I would disagree that we cannot make a person want God.

None of these deny that it is God who draws and the Spirit that convicts.

SURELY YOU REALIZE YOU JUST CONTRADICTED YOURSELF.

FIND ME ONE, JUST ONE, EXAMPLE IN SCRIPTURE WHERE A MAN CAUSED ANOTHER MAN TO """WANT"""/"""DESIER GOD - NOT THE FEAR OF HELL BROUGHT OUT IN ANOTHER, BUT AN IMPLANTED DESIRE - CAN YOU FIND ONE? I KNOW THE ANSWER.

    ALMOST THOU PERSUADEST ME TO.......

YA SEE, WE HAVE NO PART IN SALVATION.

  • @jehovahuponyou If you're going to rebuke people, then at least do it with love. Don't swear and call people names, that's not helping.

  • @WeirdBrainGoo - WELL THEN, GOO, TELL ME WHAT WOULD HELP THEM - I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN SEEING YOUR TECHNIQUE TO 'SAVE' SOMEONE.

IT IS TRUE THAT MY FORWARD MANNER WITH PEOPLE IS PROBABLY NOT THE BEST APPROACH - BUT NEITHER WOULD IT HELP IF I CARVED MY HEART OUT, SOLD IT IN EBAY, AND BOUGHT THEM A NEW BIKE.

SO, PLEASE DO SHOW ME HOW IT IS THAT YOU 'OPEN PEOPLE'S HEART' TO RECIEVE THE TRUTH.

    THANKS.

  • @jehovahuponyou I, or any other man, can't save anyone. Only Jesus can.

I was only saying that please don't be mean. It's not how Jesus wants us to be. We're supposed to love even our enemies! Even those that want to harm us. Please don't use profanity, that's one of God's precious children you're talking about.

And God is in charge, please pray for wisdom for John if you think he's on the wrong path.

  • @WeirdBrainGoo - OK, GOO, I AGREE THAT I COME ON A BIT STRONG AND THAT MANY OF MY ACTIONS DISPLEASE THE LORD, """BUT""" I SHALL NEVER BE JUDGED FOR HAVING GIVEN FALSE HOPE TO THE UNREGENERATE.

YOU SAY: "that's one of God's precious children you're talking about." - I SAY: "CARE TO BACK THAT UP WITH SCRIPTURE?". SEE, IT IS UNSCRIPTURAL STATEMENTS LIKE THAT WHICH MAKE ME CUSS.

SPEAKING OBJECTIVELY, JOHN IS ON THE HIGHWAY TO HELL - PREHAPS AC/DC COULD HELP HIM.

  • @jehovahuponyou John 1:12 "Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God"

There are more scriptures about that too.

It's much worse to be judged for creating strife and arguments and calling names, not being loving in general. Do you think God's arm is too short to save? If not, why are you not praying for this soul that you think is on the wrong path?

  • 1. Fat Friar Tuck Angels?

    2. The Spirit Realm - Which one John?

    3. "Not Theological or Doctrinally understood" - Huh? Well than chuck your Bible John.

    4. Third heaven experiences. Even God cautioned Paul about this sort of thing.

    5. The list goes on.

Did anyone else get a headache trying to catch the context of what Crowder's teahing, in this brief video?

  • @TheSoloscriptura Did you notice how specific he was with the incidents? He gave their names and everything... wait, no he didn't :(

  • You are angry at him, he loves you (he has said that in one of his videos). And btw - God's Word says clearly to get drunk of the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 5:18. Haven't you seen drunk people? I see one here. You are blind to judge everything you don't understand. Condemning God who has created Eden (which means pleasure) for us. God is bigger than our thoughts about Him. He is holy which means no man can see Him. That's why Jesus needs to take place in us. Still - why are you angry? Pray for him.

  • @andycoandyco You can both be angry with someone and love them at the same time. Jesus got angry with the pharisees, but loved them. Taking verses out of context gets me angry. You'll notice the verse you bring up does not say be drunk on the holy spirit, but rather be filled/made complete with the holy spirit. We're commanded to be sober minded numerous times that we may stand firm in the faith and make truth acceptable. Crowder only used one verse here and he took it out of context.

  • @steveoho Out of context? Ephesians 5:18's context is to be filled with the Holy Spirit instead of wine. What is the correlation here? Acts 2:4, 13 refer to drunkenness too. Why do we want to put God into a box? He is a way bigger than our understanding. He has created Eden (pleasure) for our enjoyment. Why would we follow mens orders to believe otherwise? I believe what God has said through His Spirit. Pleasure, drunkenness, joy, peace, love. All in one and all in the Spirit. Juhuu :)

  • @andycoandyco Out of context because it doesn't fit the passage. Also it doesn't say become drunk with the Holy Spirit, but be filled/made complete by the Holy Spirit. One of the fruits of the Spirit is self-control. Its saying live a self-controlled life by the Spirit. As for Acts... it does not say they were drunk.

    Eden doesn't mean pleasure.

I still have yet to hear what those saying they were drunk or that this is a gift say about commands to be sober-minded and self controlled.

  • @steveoho "I doesn't say Phillip was transported" "Eden doesn't mean pleasure"

Steve do you do any real research before you so confidently espouse such incorrect things and possibly confuse or mislead people? Most etymologists have concluded that Eden means delight, pleasure or place of pleasure.

You're on here puporting to be grieved about others being mislead by wolves, angry that scriptures are quoted out of context etc. while not even being careful to make sure you youself have the (cont)

  • @TheAlan39 I don't care for the ad hominem attacks. Judge my arguments or questions or say that you simply don't know the answer instead. Ultimately it doesn't matter what I think of you or of Crowder, but what God thinks of us. What I want is for people to know God. I looked up the word in Strong's Hebrew dictionary. It says its from an unused word and refers to the home of Adam and Eve. I saw on yahoo answers that someone said it means paradise, but no ref to their source.

  • @steveoho Google it, the majority of definitions given say it means delight, pleasure or place of pleasure.

"I don't care for the ad hominem attacks"

I would hardly call my questioning your devotion to truth an ad hominem attack. Especially when you've shown yourself to speak with a fair degree of certainty on matters where you clearly hadn't made sure you really knew what you were talking about.

  • @TheAlan39 I used a better source than google. I would say I did make certain.

An ad hominem attack is an attack is calling into question a person's character or motivations. You did this to me. Judging actions is different. Bently is a known adulterer - unfit by this to be a minister of God. And both he and Crowder make grand claims of miracles without proof.

As for my allusions that charismatics love the feeling over the truth of scripture (to gladly accept Bently back)

  • @TheAlan39 (cont) for that I am sorry. It was a general statement which I don't actually believe applies to all charismatics. I'm just baffled by the clear breaking of a call to orderly worship with tongues being spoken by all and all at once, the errant belief that all should have tongues, the acceptance of healers without evidence, the need for special baptism of the spirit. And sure you may accept some of those... but clearly not all are good. I just want to hear some honest,

  • @TheAlan39 (cont) open appraisals of what is actually going on. God is not ashamed by our examining of these things... not to say that we should be overly critical, but he even calls us to test the spirits and Paul applauds the Bereans. Contrary to what the "everything is possible" guy said, God will never break or go against his word. So I will stop there... God Bless you as you pursue our Father, and our Lord Jesus as you walk in the Spirit

  • @steveoho Steve, I'm not objecting to anyone thinking critically about the teachings and practices of people in ministry. There would have been no progress in church history if that was totally suppressed. And I'd be happy to talk to you about possible errors of Crowder or Bently's. I don't agree with everything Crowder teaches or does either. But it's hard to go along with the thinking that these errors or mistakes they made justify labelling them a wolf, false prophet, false teacher etc.

  • @steveoho If the judgements weren't so drastic and harsh I wouldn't feel I have to be in defense mode. So I'm not objecting to the assertion that they have error in their lives and teachings, but just perhaps to the inclination to judge them so harshly for it.

  • @TheAlan39 I'd probably be less aggressive if the guy who led me to the Lord hadn't gone down a crazy spiritual path to the point where he believes demons are everywhere, won't preach/share the gospel until God restores him, thinks he can lose his salvation, and has denounced me for not being KJV only.

Perhaps I care too much of what others think of me/us too. I hate falsehood... and rightly so... especially when it pertains to God and salvation, but also fueling that is a desire to

  • @TheAlan39 (cont) not be judged based on truth rather than on the foolishness of what some consider Christianity. Though I guess if Jesus, perfect in all respects, was willing to become a curse on my behalf then perhaps I should come to terms with falsehood and slander being put on/grouped with me. Really whenever I get upset on that I am trusting in the flesh rather in the righteousness that comes by faith. Hope we can both repent of that ;) Please forgive me if I hurt you.

  • @steveoho I hear what You're saying, I've run into a lot of people with beliefs that, like your friend, that I feel are holding them back from being effective for God or getting victory over sin etc. and you wouldn't sit back and passively just let them pump their false ideas into the minds of your children or the flock that God has intrusted to your care (If you are a pastor). So I agree there is definitely a time to speak up. However, I think we have to be careful not to be over critical(cont)

  • @steveoho (cont2) and challenge people on every tiny thing they've got wrong lest we, as you pointed out to jehovahuponyou, inoculate them to the more important corrections God may want us to bring when it really does matter. Judgement is epidemic at the moment, with nearly everybody in a public ministry being called a false prophet by someone. And I do wonder if its only serving to make the way harder for those who are truly called to bring correction. Just like false prophets, who do a (cont)

  • @steveoho (cont3) lot of damage, causing the body of Christ to be resistant to receiving any kind of prophet. I don't object to people making judgments and giving warnings. because it did happen in the scripture and is necessary at times. But I believe it needs to be handled with a lot more care than it currently is. And we do this for our own sakes too knowing that making a wrong judgement is not something that God looks upon lightly. see proverbs 17:15 &Matt 7:1-5

  • @TheAlan39 I'm realizing that the bickering doesn't help. Though my mind is not changed concerning these practices it is the brother that is to call another to repentance. They can see the other's life fully and they are the ones who are affected by their lifestyle/teaching. However, if they wanted to join my fellowship or a friend was listening to them I may have to lovingly object and ask questions. That said... I will pray for him and others whose teaching I consider dangerous.

  • @steveoho Fair enough Steve, all I can encourage you to do is to ask God to help you to be the very best for Him that you can be, so that all of your ways please Him and you can look back on your life, when you stand before Him at the end of it and be truly satisfied with the way you lived it.

    Be blessed

    Alan

  • @TheAlan39 ditto

  • @steveoho It's also scriptural that we can be judgement upon ourselves by being careless in our judgements. So it pays to take care.

You haven't really hurt me, but I appreciate your concern that you might have.

    God bless

  • @steveoho Also, I find it interesting that being concerned about ad hominem attacks comes from someone who was happy to label Crowder a wolf.

  • @TheAlan39 I did say I liked his doctrinal statements on his website :) Either way I'd be more willing to abate all that if someone would give me a way they test for a wolf/ a false prophet?

  • @steveoho I'll try and get back to you at some stage with how I would go about testing for a wolf or false prophet. I do agree that such people exist and that it is a legitimate question.

  • @steveoho I think it would be fair to say I have judged your arguments and attempted to answer your questions. Obviously I haven't answered all of them because you've asked so many and each one would require a fair amount of space (not to mention time) to answer them.

Also, partly I resent the fact that the rest of us are always put in the position of being on trial and having to prove we're above board to people like yourselves.

I like to turn it around every now and then and see if you(cont)

  • @steveoho (cont2) measure up to the high standards you seem to so confidently assume you're living up to. Which I've come to see, after engaging quite a number of you in debate/dicussion, you're clearly not. You're as impulsive, rash and careless in coming to your conclusions as anyone you criticize is.

  • @TheAlan39 God Bless you sir... and I hope you find peace in that it doesn't matter what I say about you or even what you say about you, but only what Jesus has to say.

  • @steveoho You sound like you are a gentleman and I'm sorry my dialogue with you couldn't have been a little more pleasant. We're all still learning how to discuss these matters in a way that would be more fruitful. I'm sorry for any offense caused and wish you all the best in your walk with the Lord also.

Also thanks for your best wishes.

  • @steveoho (cont2) truth on a matter before so confidently passing it off as indisputable truth.

I ask, do you really have the heart for and devotion to truth that you demand others have?

Also, I feel your tendancy to simply disagree with people without feeling like you need to do your reseach comes from the false assumption that they don't know their bibles, don't care to know them and find it quite easy to be dishonest about what it's saying. You approach this issue with a distorted (cont)

  • @steveoho view of the people involved or defending this movement. Hyper skepticism is just as dangerous as gullibility. Both result in deception.

Like I've already said, yes people do lie, fabricate stories, not care they've really got the truth on a matter before share it. But Steve, people also do tell the truth, read their Bibles and do their best to represent what it's saying correctly. And doing you research with the awareness of that reality is essential if you want to come into truth.

  • @TheAlan39 All that from one little comment about Eden?

I would be satisfied with two things which I've never had someone who subscribes to this answer. How do you test the Spirits? And what sends up red flags for you/ how do you test a prophet/determine if someone is a heretic or a wolf? (I'm asking this in general - NOT in regard to Crowder)

  • @steveoho Oh yeah, it does mean. [e `Eden {ay'-den}

Meaning: Eden= "pleasure" n pr m loc 1) the first habitat of man after the creation; site unknown n pr m.

So it's unnatural to lose control to God? In Acts they looked drunk, so by me they were drunk. Not from wine though.

Self-control is not of the first fruits of the Spirit.

  • @andycoandyco What dictionary shows that definition of Eden? I used Strongs. I'm asking so I can have another dependable source.

It is a fruit of the Spirit... just not in Galatians. And I'm not sure the order is relevant. 2 Tim 1:7... saying that the spirit (using the definition you gave) admonishes us and calls us to soundness of mind, moderation and self-control. We're to be sober minded also. And 1 Cor 14:32 says the spirit of a prophet is in his control.

  • @steveoho I knew that fruit of the Spirit are love, JOY, peace - in this order. Self-control you refer to -

    swfronismo,j sophronismos {so-fron-is-mos'}

Meaning: 1) an admonishing or calling to soundness of mind, to moderation and self-control 2) self-control, moderation.

  • @andycoandyco I'd say something about Joy, but its not my main concern.

By all means you're allowed to follow Crowder. Everything is permissible... not everything builds up though. So I guess I'm going to end my part in this discussion by saying I hope you all take seriously the command to test the spirits. And keep checking everything against the scriptures. And no TheAlan39 I'm not saying you weren't doing this before.

  • Just as hilarious as everyday Christianity.

  • wow.. Only Jesus can help this fool..

  • WTF

  • i'm not sure why other than he is being demon possessed but his preaching offends my ears.

  • 5:15 "Earlier this year we were in Cleveland Ohio, a lady's plastic eye, glass eye, I dunno, artificial eye, she began to see through it" BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

  • THIS GUY IS OBVIOUSLY ON SOMETHING! THIS IS TRULY MESSED UP! HOW CAN ONE GET UP AND PLAY AROUND WITH Yah/God and the Holy Ghost/Spirit!? Not to mention the people that sit-up under this abominable garbage!

  • what a little punk demon loser sellout scum !!!

  • punk lil troll golum of lucifer douchebag

  • strange noises,'drunken glory' insults, more stupid noises,'possessed' (daemon voice)by joy....weird body movements....'little fat friar tuck angels' yanking on your arms...oi,oi,oi,gibberish-slipperty slop,noi,noi,noi....woman starts to see out of her glass eye,he can bi-locate(be in two places at once)stay whacked-dont look back.....oi,oi,oi. POSSESSION INVOLVING MANY DAEMONS.... wake up some people!

  • @VUPdingCLICK I recommend the video "Kundalini Warning"

  • A clown this is what he is a clown. Where is the word of God here? what's going on church? open you eyes. Don't be deceived in this way.

  • Amazing! 8 minutes and 35 seconds of not one iota of Bible preached. Nothing but opinion, New Age lies, and false words, with a little babbling lingo thrown in, (oingoingoing). What are they paying this guy for? Hopefully not to be a preacher, cuz ain't none of it going on here.

  • So this Porky Pig talking guy is supposed to be a prophet huh? He's one of those Paul said intrude into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind. The God of the bible never "possesses" any man. He fills them with his Holy Spirit not the spirit of drunkeness. Paul's fear that as the serpent beguiled Eve, so your minds should be corrupted is ringing clearer than ever. This is the other Christ and spirit he warned of II Cor 11:4. Don't be deceived by false prophets.

  • this is a perfect example of a satanist out to destroy the flock . J Crowder needs deliverance

  • The oing oing oing guy is hilarious (sad, but funny).

Search YT for Freedommountain channel. :)

  • This is not right, this is nonsense.

  • Comment removed

  • @WeirdBrainGoo Agreed, this is disgusting at it's best. Okie dokie Lord, please. HE IS THE KING OF KING'S AND THE LORD OF LORD'S. You don't address a King in that manner. Good post brother way to stand in regard of our King. PRAISE JESUS!

  • @muddhole777 I regret a lot of the things I said at that time. I was bringing division and who am I to say if this is a man of God or not. I can't know. And if he isn't, then I'll just trust the Lord to take care of him, it's not my problem.

My apologies to anyone I might have offended with my comments, I wasn't acting out of love and I wasn't being like Jesus.

  • @WeirdBrainGoo - You have every Biblical right to judge John Crowder. 1 John 4:1-2.

  • @TheSoloscriptura When did he say that Jesus Christ didn't come in the flesh?

  • @WeirdBrainGoo It is the job of a pastor or one who rightly divides the word of God to point out heresy and keep wolves away from the flock. One can do so in a loving manner, but to say I'm pretty sure, but I'm going to keep my mouth shut is to invite wolves to devour the sheep. Stay loving AND vigilant

  • @steveoho This person obviously loves the Lord. He's dedicated his life to preaching about Him. He's not trying to hurt anyone, he's not a wolf. If he's got things in his teachings wrong, pray to God to show him truth. And if he's possessed by demons, like some here think (I did too), then he REALLY needs our love, prayers and compassion. Please bless him with your prayers.

  • @WeirdBrainGoo Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them.

He does not proclaim the truth about Jesus. He opens people up to demonic attack with his teaching. He fabricates stories (none will ever be shown to be true, nor will he provide details). He advocates disorderly worship. All reason and scripture is thrown out... he wants a drunken feeling, not Jesus. A WOLF

  • If the Apostles and the next generation, the Apostolic Fathers, followed by the third century Apologists heard this they would role over in their graves. Scripture never teaches the garbage this man teaches. I have only one need and love alone, and that is Christ. Outside of Him nothing matters. This generation is filled with Bible illiteracy. Yeshua come soon!

Want a real preacher Look up Francis Chan or Paul Washer. They are men of God. YOU NEED THE MIRACLE MAKER, NOT THE MIRACLES!

  • personally I use to make crowder cry and chase him after school. he was a nerd and this whole act is how he can make friends he wish he wish had back then. I get it. all of you who think its cool where nerds too. its ok but your a little too late and old for that, no? you guys got it wrong.. if you want to hear about God go to church, if you want to see an idiot without a life go to your local bar!! gees

  • @yankdiz So basically, you're a bully and proud of it.

  • Maturius. In response if God was loving He wouldn't make a hell. He is so loving that He doesn't want murderers and child molesters and haters of Him running around His city, heaven. He has promised us as his children there would be no more pain or sorrow there. Your definition of love lacks justice . Will not the judge of the whole earth do what is right?

  • @bReAkItDoWn080 You just contradicted yourself. If there's no hell, i am not going to suffer, right? I believe the 'bad'doers' should suffer as well. Anyway i would prefer to be a good atheist than an evil theist. Just forget about Christianity, Islam, Hindi and Judaism for a minute. They all have the same God anyways. Imagine there is just Believers, non-Believers and the not-sures. Surely God would judge us on our actions and how we can make judgements rather than what we believe in.

  • @Maturius He will judge us on our actions... and we all fall woefully short. James 2:10 says that if you keep the whole law and yet stumble at just one point you've become a lawbreaker. The passage is talking about favoritism and puts you in the same boat as murderers and adulterers. Jesus said whoever sins is a slave to sin. He said that his word is truth and that it can set you free. I recommend reading the book of John (in the Bible... not one of this guy's books)

  • Comment removed

  • Maturius one more thing if u do decide to believe and approach God u must repent of your sins . He will forgive you and accept u as a son and your name will be written in the lambs book of life. If not u will die a horrible death in hell.

  • @bReAkItDoWn080 Okay I am a 17 year old philosophy student. I haven't directly made anyone suffer in my life so far. Also if I have sinned without knowing it, then I haven't really sinned surely, because a true sinner is evil in their heart and mind. I am a consequentialist and am as selfless as I can be. And if I die and God asks me why I didn't believe, I'll tell him that surely you gave me free will to make my own decisions and that an omni benevolent God wouldn't create a hell.

  • @bReAkItDoWn080 If God does exist there wouldn't be a hell. God is supposed to be all loving, all powerful and all knowing. If he knew there was a hell, had the ability to remove it and loved enough so that he would, surely he would! And if he isn't all of the above (The God of Classical Theism) then he's not worth worshipping as a God and I am not going to live my life by the way 'men' tell me I should. Life is for Living!

  • @bReAkItDoWn080 So I am not going to repent in this life time because if I need to tell someone my sins, I well tell God and only God, because only God would understand.

  • Hated God for my dads horrible death as a kid and my brother as a result blew his own brains out. I made my peace with god.

  • Maturius u ask how does this believing thing work. Simply by faith. The bibles definition .. Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not yet seen. Jesus said blessed r u who haven't seen and still believe. Scripture says we walk by faith . If u confess with your mouth the Lord JESUS and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead u will be saved. Romans 10:9-10. I was a practicing satanist for many years before I came to know Christ . I hated God for

  • Sigh... you poor theists. Direct experience? How can we, lowly contingent beings, experience something as powerful as 'God?' God is supposed to be a Supreme Being. Why would he lower himself so we experience him? He wouldn't. Also if you abandon the idea of a supreme being then abandon God because a God like that isn't worth worshipping, not with natural disaster like the Japanese Tsunami killing thousands of innocent people. Silly preachers like John Crowder make me sick with their blind belief

  • DEMONS!? What kind of immoral human beings are you?! I am reading through these comments and am genuinely shocked! How can you pathetic, contigent beings decide who has a demon inside of them?! All of you poor souls who have been threatened, ignore this fallacy of philosophy! If God is all loving, all powerful and all knowing there is no such thing as demons. That 'demon' is the way you choose to live your life and because you haven't chosen to live their lives, you are a 'demon.' You sicken me.

  • The coming of the lawless one is Satan with all power , signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason GOD will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie.... Jesus warned when I come back do not let me find you drunk. Only thing I see u all drinking is some strong delusion.

  • Wow, you sure do know how to structure straw-man. Sounds like you're more focused on demons than the gospel. What do you suggest? Do you want me to bind up the spirit of antichrist or something? Believe the gospel, then you won't have to worry about demons. I've counted the word "demon" in your response numerous times -- you're demonized by your doctrine.

  • Religious retard

  • @bondagebreaker7 I really hope you're not a Christian because then it would make sense of why you would ever use the insult "retard". Only worldly, unsaved people would be that carnal and insensitive. A real servant of God wouldn't do that. So whether or not you say you are a Christian, your actions have showed you are not one because you don't operate in the fruit of the spirit. Jesus said that you will know them by their fruits. With that said, would you like to get saved??

  • @MissedTheMark forgive me - I should have use some other word; I'm a carnal christian

  • @MissedTheMark - Are you Mr. Crowder's political correctness enforcer or something? Go back and really pay attention what this spastic colon is saying and I'm sure you'll agree, my initial appraisal was too kind; the guy was talking about bilocating for crying out loud. I've watched all of his vids and listened to him... I could say some things about that would make your hair stand on end.

  • @bondagebreaker7 Again, would you like to ask Jesus into your heart and be saved? You'll know that you are saved when you actually feel compassion for John crowder and for every other sinner, rather than contempt..

  • @MissedTheMark Actually I do feel compassion for Mr. Crowder. But then sometimes I want to kick him in the face with my biker boot, a la Todd Bentley... by the way, I'm saved; I used to be an atheist so I hate religious nonsense and don't have a lot of tolerance for it - if you had my experience you would better understand my lack of sympathy for his nonsense. I like Crowder, I think he's funny, but I hate his blasphemy and stupidity.

  • @bondagebreaker7 Right! That feeling of you wanting to kick him in the face, that's not the Holy Spirit that is the demon in you that needs to get out. Again, do you want to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior? I'm not joking..

  • @MissedTheMark John Crowder and Todd Bentley can spew whatever stupid nonsense they want and be praised for it so the least I should be able to do is entertain myself by commenting on it; and so what if you misunderstand what I say? That's your prerogative. Are you an exorcist or something? I already told you I'm a Christian - so no, if I say something inappropriate I'm sure the Holy Spirit will deal with me -- until then, there's bigger fish to fry. These diptards deserve to be rebuked.

  • @bondagebreaker7 So what telling me is, instead of Jesus living in your heart, you want to go to hell with all the other pharisees? Today is the day of salvation the bible says..

  • @MissedTheMark Hmm... and that's biblical? You're accusing me of something you're doing yourself -- I can randomly comment on John Crowder's foolishness without risking going to hell, unless that's the unpardonable sin; and let me reiterate - John Crowder is a religious retard. And Todd Bentley deserves to get kicked in the face with a biker boot for the harm he's caused to the body of Christ. And the last time I checked, asking Jesus into your heart was not the gospel, nor is it in the bible.

  • @bondagebreaker7 You know, after some thinking, maybe you need deliverance. Have you every thought that maybe the reason why it is difficult for you to love or show fruit of the spirit is that you may have a demon? I've seen it a lot in the church, people who have attended church all there lif, find out that they are indwelt with a real demon. I've done many of deliverance's to where I understand this pattern.

  • @MissedTheMark Your deliverance gospel is a heresy -- all I need is Jesus Christ and the forgiveness He made available for me when He suffered and bled to death on the cross; I don't need some hokey new age occult deliverance doctrine of devils. Your teaching that born again believers can be indwelt with a demon is from the pits of hell too. And as far as Crowder and Bentley are concerned, they are heretics and they deserve to be called out. What I've said is tame compared to what God will say.

  • @bondagebreaker7 WOW.. Only a person who has a demon would say that deliverance is not of God.. wow. You don't even read your bible.. I knew something was not right about you. The only reason you would say that deliverance is of the occult or new age is because the demon in you doesn't want to come out. I don't know what bible you read, but we are CALLED to CAST out demons and have authority to do it. WOW. You've been so deceived that you don't even think it exists today. Brother, your demonized

  • @MissedTheMark He isn't saying deliverance is demonic, but rather the teaching that a Christian can be possessed. Satan's fangs were removed at the cross. The only power he has now is what we give him when we believe his lies.

  • @steveoho Do you know why people believe that a Christian can be possessed?? It's because they've seen Christians be possessed.. The majority, except for one of all the deliverances I've done were done on Christians. Some were people who had been going to church their whole life. I know you don't like this because it screws up your theology but until you actually get out there and experience the real world, you'll see everything's not in order like you think..

  • @MissedTheMark A Christian gives control/power to demons over them/their actions only as much as they think they need them or believe their lies. I've dealt with many also. If a demon is cast out, it will return unless the person comes to know truth in their inmost being. However, we have been given the same power and authority as Christ through his Spirit and can overcome them. Too many believe too highly of demons that they roll over. I recommend reading the Bondage Breaker.

  • @MissedTheMark Its clear from the Bible that a Christian can and will sin... fruit is not something taken from a snapshot of a person's life, but rather the whole of his life.

  • @bondagebreaker7 "The guy was talking about bilocating for crying out loud"

What's wrong with that? I thought Jesus said everything was possible to him who believes.

Are you saying that bi location or even multi location is impossible? If you are then you are opposing the word of God. And you certainly can't say that scripture forbids it.

  • @TheAlan39 Are you serious? A person may as well believe as the mormons do that they can become gods. There are some things that God cannot even do... some things simply defy the rules of logic and reason. God cannot make a square triangle... he cannot exist and not exist at the same time... he cannot create a God because God cannot be created. A good caveat to add is it will be granted to you IF it is God's will. That is why studying the Bible is very helpful.

  • @steveoho Yes I am serious and stand by everything I wrote back then. The Word clearly says, 'Everything is possible to him who believes.' Why would you exclude bi location from this. Are you telling me that it's impossible for God to cause a person to be in two places at once to serve a godly purpose? If you are you are denying the truth of Jesus statement.

And comparing bi location to making a square triangle or to God existing and not existing at the same time is ludicrous to say the least.

  • @TheAlan39 "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything ACCORDING TO HIS WILL, he hears us."

I'd add that Crowder "heard" about his supposed bi-location through friends whose names he did not disclose (for any story). In it he just stood there. He did not remember it himself and his other self did not accomplish anything. He didn't even pray for this or believe this before-hand in his story. I yearn to hear these preachers speak the gospel just once

  • @steveoho I'll never really be able to test the authenticity of Crowder's particular Bi Location claim. But a bible believing christian shouldn't have any problem believing such a thing can occur. All things are possible, which includes bi location. And no, not every miracle people in the bible or outside of it had to be prayed and believed for beforehand. Some were obviously prayed and believed for, but others that happened no man could have forseen. And please don't tell me, this didn't (cont)

  • @steveoho (cont2) happen in the Bible so is therefore not of God. There's no law in scripture that states that every miracle that God does must have a scriptural precedent. In fact most of the miracles and supernatural things God did on behalf of the apostles were unique and unprecendented. e.g transportation of Phillip to the Ethiopian eunuch and praying over bits of cloth and sending them out to heal and deliver people. If you were around then you would have been opposing them on the (cont)

  • @TheAlan39 The Bible doesn't say Philip was transported. It seems that just as the spirit led him there it led him away and the eunuch didn't see him after that time. And I'm unaware of this healing clothes that you're talking about. Perhaps you can show it to me?

What do you say about the verses to be sober minded? And verses that say that the prophets were always in control of their spirit? I'd also like you to watch "Kundalini Warning" and let me know what you think.

  • Comment removed

  • @steveoho Although some doubt, It is widely accepted among christians that Phillip was supernaturally transported away from the Ethiopain eunuch, after sharing the gospel with him, to the city of Azotus, some 20 or 30 miles away. My mistake was saying that he was transported to him. But supernatural transportation took place nonetheless.

The story of the cloths (hankerchiefs, aprons) that had touched Paul and were sent out to heal and deliver people of evil spirits is found in Acts 19:11-12.

  • @steveoho "I'd also like you to watch 'Kundalini Warning' and let me know what you think."

I'm amazed at how quickly, what amounts to be nothing more than a wild guess on the part of Andrew Strom that there is some connection between what happens in hinduism and what happens in modern day revival meetings has become established fact in the minds of those opposed to the revivals. When there is not a great deal of evidence there is any real connection. They call upon different gods and advocate

  • @steveoho a quite different belief system to the people in these revivals supposedly taken over by the kundalini spirit.

Also, to suggest that people crying out to the God of the bible (calling upon the name of the Lord) for more of his Holy Spirit can be invaded en masse and taken over by a horde of demons from hell doesn't say much about God's promise to give more of His Holy Spirit to those who ask Him just as an earthly father wouldn't give a snake to his son who asked him for a fish.

  • @TheAlan39 Perhaps its the misuse of tongues that bothers me. Whole churches doing it at once or at least people doing it without any intention of it being interpreted. Its clear that without interpretation that it shouldn't even be uttered in the church - right? Crowder seems to have no ability to restrain his "gift of tongue" (sometimes his body isn't even under his control) nor shows a desire for an interpretation. Perhaps you can show me a verse for slaying in the spirit too?

  • @TheAlan39 I would also like to know what actually sends flags up for you and when/for what you'd cry wolf?

  • Comment removed

  • @steveo(cont 3) same basis you oppose people now.

Yes there has and will always will be false teachers and wolves, but it must also be pretty clear by now that every true move or man of God will be followed around by some knitpicky group of pharisees trying to convince the crowds that the man or move of God is somehow violating the scriptures. God is your judge, but don't be so certain you're on the right side for you may very well not be. Plenty of others though they were and were clearly not.

  • @steveo "I yearn to hear these preachers speak the gospel just once"

Well maybe if you listened to Crowder or to whoever else your referring to for more than 8 min 35 sec, your yearning would be satisfied, because you'd hear it not once but many times. This is another fallacy promoted by people like yourself that refuse to believe that we preach and believe just like you do that we're saved by the grace that comes from accepting that Jesus death on the cross was necessary to atone for our sins.

  • @TheAlan39 I did check out Crowder's website and I must say his stated doctrinal beliefs are spot on... I don't know why he would share unfounded miracles. I would change my tune quite a bit if something to substantiate these claims were brought up. Still I would like you to watch Kundalini Warning and pm me your thoughts.

  • @steveoho If God the Father can enable His Son Jesus to be in an infinite number of places at once, why can't He enable one of His beloved children to be in two or more places at once? I don't see the problem and like I said scripture never forbade such a thing from happening.

  • @TheAlan39 Umm... Jesus is God... The Father does not enable him to do so. I'd add that Jesus never did this while alive, nor did any of the apostles.

Can you imagine some little girl saying "mommy, why is there some strange drunk man standing in our living room making weird goat noises and asking me if I want some smoke some Bible verses with him?" What purpose would this serve? I hope he repents and tells people the freedom and sober minded self-control they can have in Jesus

  • @steveoho Also saying things like, "A good caveat to add is it will be granted to you IF it is God's will" and "That is why studying the Bible is very helpful", shows how full of assumptions people like yourself really are. By saying, 'All things are possible' I was in no way suggesting God would grant me anything I asked Him, I'm well aware that not every desire that arises within me is a righteous one. And why is that you people who oppose these kind of movements nearly always assume (cont)

  • @steveoho (cont) that the people in them don't read or have tossed their Bibles aside as a means of discerment, but of course people like yourself always do? The smug sense of superiority you display is more than a little irritating and more often than not proves to be unwarranted.

  • @TheAlan39 I'd caution against the use of "you people"... it forgets that Christians are brothers. I talk out of concern for those who follow this man, not superiority. Crowder talked of the amazing healings at Lakeview. None have been documented - many have come forward to say they weren't healed. Bently actually hit and kicked a few people "in obedience to God" in order to kick a spirit out (unbiblical). Spirit filled living will proclaim the gospel... I've yet to see it here

  • @steveoho 'I'd caution you against the use of "you people"..it forgets that christians are brothers.'

That sounds good coming from someone who comes bowling in telling us Crowder is a wolf and the rest of us are under deception. Why don't you take your own advice and start relating to Crowder and Bently and the rest of us who may see something positive in what they do as brothers, who, just like you, have some error in their understanding but also have some have real strengths as well.

  • @steveoho "Crowder talked of the amazing healings at lakeview. None were documented.."

I suspect you are referring to Todd Bently's claim that many were healed at lakeland.

Just because healings aren't medically documented doesn't mean they didn't occur. I've seen healings in my own body that weren't witnessed by a doctor simply because I never went to a doctor with the problem I had. But it didn't take away from the fact that I knew the physical change had taken place due to prayer and faith.

  • @TheAlan39 Many as a result of hypnotic state of massive 2 hr worship sessions don't feel the pain and are very suggestive. Hinn and Bently thrive off of this. They've also reaped much money off of this. People want this feeling so much they disregard scripture to keep the adulterous Bently as their pastor.

  • @steveoho To be so skeptical of human nature that you won't believe anything unless a doctor is there to testify to the veracity of the claim is a skepticism and cynicism that will keep you from getting to the truth of a matter. Yes lying and fabricating stories is real and does happen but so does telling the truth. The fact that some of these people are telling the truth should be a given in the mind of the one seeking to come to a right conclusion about what really happened at these meetings

  • @TheAlan39 I'm curious... when and how do YOU denounce a wolf? How much light and darkness do you want in your preachers/pastors? I mean I understand that we all slip up and fall short... but when do you actually step forward and call them to repentance? When do you say I cannot allow me, my family, and the family of God to be under this perversity and draw away?

  • @steveoho I think it was Abraham Lincoln who said, " It's dangerous to believe everybody, but it's more dangerous to believe nobody" and it's not a bad little piece of advice for the modern day heresy hunter who seems to look, nearly without exception, disdainfully and cynically upon any claim that something supernatural has occurred.

  • HE IS NOT PREACHING THE GOSPEL! HE IS PREACHING GETTING HIGH ON SPIRITUAL CRACK FEEDINGS.
