I had iTunes store request error (-1009). I followed the procedure on apple.com for error (-9808) and it worked. Maybe give that a try?

you need a program called senuti for mac and I dump for pc. what these programs allow you to do is transfer purchased songs form an ipod to computer. Then you would have to reinter your apple id and password when it pops up. You can have up to 5 accounts on your itunes I think. That should fix your problem it worked for me.

Ok here is what worked for me: I tried to purchase a song and realised my card

had expired and I still had an outstanding payment to be made to itunes..

so click on billing history and check this is the not the case. After updating

details all was back to normal.

I just downloaded the new i tunes 10 and now it says i cant connect to the itnues store because i need the internet which works fine. theres a way to do it by going into your lan settings and unchecking something but i did that and it still doesnt work. so has a few people that i hard of who have the sanme problem and done the same thing as i did. i also got rid of i tunes and quick time and installed it again but still having the same issue. NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!!
