@jazamora2006 this is SF4 not Super and Seismic Hammers are exactly the same in every way. They are Super Jump Cancelled Seismo's. Cancelling a hit/blocked Seismo into a Super Jump then cancelling the Super Jump into another Seismo.

Some people here may not think tiers matter but a zangief of sanford's caliber would probably have won. Zangief doesn't lose to viper on an equal skill level. All zangief needs is one mistake from viper to win.

Must be blocked by opponent in order to chain it. Up to 6x i believe, starting with low intensity Seismic to Fierce ones.
