i use the russian but ive been haveing a problem lately what do i do if they reach over my head and put me in a head lock when i stil lgots it??

Keep your head up and stand up more (once he comes over your head), he's giving you a duck under.

nice stuff yo i got a problem im a lefty and my lead leg is right is that right couse u said your a lefty and you go with yo left plz explain il really apreciate it

If you lead with your left leg you are a lefty, if you lead with your right leg you are a righty (as far as wrestling is concerned). Which hand you write with has nothing to do with this. Hope that clarifies things.

@MrSuperme66 in boxing u lead with your right leg because you are a southpaw but in wrestling its basically wuts comfortable to you because im a lefty and i lead wit my left or my right
