I remember my Si-fu's Chi Sao was like a rubber band, he could take your energy and snap it back so quick while amplifying it. Best description I can give.

I remember a story I was told my Sifu when I was young.
It concerned the Wing Chun legend Wong Shun Leung and another WC exponent who strangely enough was also called Wong.
Basically, they fought and Wong Shun Leung's Kung-Fu was obviously superior but several of the onlookers including my teacher were less than impressed by the whole spectacle.
"Why was this so?" I asked.
My Master chastised me saying:
"Everybody knows that two WONGS don't make a right."
Awesome dubbing aside, this DVD helped me out a lot when I started wing chun last year, to understand the concept of the center line, and especially with terminology. Goes to show you can learn from anyone, even of a different lineage. Respect and gratitude to WSL.

i dont like him and i tell you why. 1.)he told bruce lee to stop movies than he did himsef movies about bruce lee. he used the connection to bruce to do cheap movies to make money what he told to bruce to stop.2) he compared his life with lees life and in his opinion and in bruce lees opinion(wong said)his was 4 sure a lot better.ofcourse*rolleyes*3.) bruce lee put him on the map. same with yip man. without lee nobody would care about these 2 guys.

Eh? There is a picture of Yip Man holding Brandon Lee from the 60s. I don't dispute what you say, but Yip Man was still teaching in the 50s.

with the action speaking for itself, the 70s music/sfx make it even more the shizzle.

well, i like sifu wong. he was bruce`s primary teacher. yip man always almost left the job of teachign students to his senior students.
