my heel pain went away after i stopped going barefoot on my carpet at home. i think theres something in the carpet that causes constant pain in my heels.this doesnt happen when im walking on wood floor or tiles.

I have that, "overpronation". I never knew what it was called though. It is very uncomfortable and embarassing to look down & see that. I just got knew boots & you can really tell that my foot has this "overpronation". Do I have to see a foot doctor in order to get the insoles or are the insoles available in stores? You may have mentioned it in the video but I think I missed that part.

Depending on use, the insoles can last between 8 months to a year if you use them frequently. Most people have a couple of pairs for different types of shoes.
