The heart thing Kirby is holding is called a Love-love stick/Heart Rod. It was first used in Kirby's Dream Land 3 used to defeat the final boss as well. c: It's alike to the Star Rod in other words, but Kirby gets to bam-bam the heads of his enemies. >D
