The key to learning is just fucking around with shit, just be adventurous and you'll figure out everything, you'll be surprised how simple making any type of music can be if you just fuck around, you can't'/won't know everything the first time, you have to make mistakes.

Kinda boring, but, I don't really like hardstyle LOL. Hardstyle is just another name for techno, some dude just changed up so slightly and decided *woah...I'll call this hardstyle!* lol. It all kinda sounds the same, there's a great lack of variation, like most of new ebm---musically and vocally---all the bands sound the same.

I'm an IDM and EDM fan, Powder Pussy has some good beats Autechre makes some good shit, but any one with some electronics can make hardstyle.

@aSASa45454 since you don't know much about music genres maybe you shouldn't share your opinion. Hardstyle has the same type of synth sounds, there's nothing hard about it. It's not a challenging electronic music to make. Subgenres are stupid though. You have breakcore, hardstyle, IDM, techno, acid techno, they go on and on.

Hardstyle is uncreative and boring. Compare it to IDM bands, and you'll see quickly. There's nothing complex about it, no variety, it's a club music strictly.

@technofuzzi osc 1. corse tuning = +12. osc 2 tuning = 0. .. 25% vol. 3 osc. = -12. %30 then adjust the fin tuning knob for osc by 20. and you have an easy and quick hardstyle synth. lol. i have a tallent for making them. i made one with harmless in like 5 mins. same with wasp and pro-53 (duh). but they work none the less.
