  • Commentators are missing the point. There entire purpose of this phase of the sale is to flood the customer with meaningless numbers so the amount they are getting raped on the cost of the car and the trade-in are obscured. Guy did a fine job of that.

  • Wow way,WAY to long to present the first pass. No enthusiasim, got lost in what he was saying or tring to say, and i sell cars so imagine what the customers thinking.

  • I would ask to work with another sales person.

  • Answer to that is a flat no. Don't even talk payments or term. What is the price you will sale me the car for today?

  • How unfortunate. This feels like a automated teller. Noone wants to be sold, they want to buy. Great salespeople are enablers. This is a peddler.
