Nice job Joe! I know nothing about painting but, it was alright with me to hear you talk the talk. Would love to see more. Maybe watercolor for the next one? :D
Do the others that have commented hear know what #9 reference meant? hmmm
I am an art student so I know what "impasto" means and what a "medium" is and what "viscosity" is but, Waitakeredame is right. A beginner of average intelligence would need a dictionary to learn from this. I love the video and the camera work and your camera presence though.
Joe, you're using phrases and expressions that beginners don't know. Talk as if no one knows anything. Remember how it was when you first started, did you know what 'a medium' was? Did you know what brushes to use, what 'impasto' meant? It''s not enough to be expert, as you clearly are, you have to TEACH. Thanks.
Though Joe didn't answer, I hope I can help. No, you should never freeze acrylic paints and mediums. It chances the chemistry and it will not return to it's original condition.
Excellent explanation of the benefits of using acrylic painting medium. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
