  • Poor form? Hmm... I must disagree. Squats could be a tad lower, and of course everyone could always improve... BUT overall my form is not poor. Also, in 5 years of training with this coach I have been injury free and so have the rest of his clients. Thanks for your concern though. Squat much?

    Kraft - they are called Vibram 5 Fingers and they are AWESOME! Totally recommend them!

  • Top form buddy! Get a new trainer or get a new spotter, you're going to hurt yourself! Weight's impressive, technique is poor.
