  • 1:08 Thats what she said

  • man I can't get over how you say the most important part is to take out the washers. That's probably the last thing you wanna do.

  • @crazybadcuber You probably haven't tried it yourself. I've said time and time again that it doesn't make sense, but it works.

  • @HelpCube oh yeah I've tried it. The springs make that springy sound because they catch on the plastic inside the bottom of the centre piece. I don't know about your video dude, spraying CRC on top of the screw head ain't gonna do anything. If your going to lube the core, the lube the core. You should try to lube the core the way I show in this video -----> it's in the side bar. "how to assemble and lubricate a DIY Dayan Zhanchi". I think you'll change your opinion after you try this one.

  • @crazybadcuber It does something for me, if it doesn't for you then I guess every cube is different.

  • I noticed that you have the half bright stickers..I am getting a white zhanchi and was wondering about getting the full bright with the pink for red and black for white because the pink goes better with the other neon colors. and the black for white i am iffy about because black is like an eye sore with the neon colors where white would look good but its a white cube.

  • omg then why did my cube's plastic chip inside the center piece?

  • whats the washer for anyways??

  • @mindystorm the washer is necesary in every cube because the spring will chip off your plastic and after several weeks destroy it ! DO NOT TAKE IT OUT!

  • @CuBeSoLuTiOnGuY It isn't necessary, QJ 3x3x2s don't come with washers. And your claim of the cube being destroyed in a few weeks is completely false, I've had one without washers for nearly 6 months, and it keeps getting better. I have no clue why taking out the washer helps, it shouldn't, but it does.

  • @mindystorm the washer are actually important because at the end of the spring is a cut off pieces of metal. When you rotate the cube, the spring rotates. Every hear that "ting ting" sound in a cube of yours when you turn a face? That's because the sharp end of the spring is contacting the bottom of the inside of the centre pieces and catching, then with enough pressure it is forced over, causing the spring to make that sound. Lubricated washers give it something to glide on and it won't catch.

  • I love the dubstep in the background

  • Can you please tell me what the significance of taking the washer out is? Thanks.

  • Does every zhanchi have torpedoes?

  • @AznBigBro yes, unless you take them out.

  • I love my zanchi stock everything haha. Its meant to be crispy just get a guhong if you dont want something crispy.

  • @samchoochiu They loose their crispiness once you break them in anyway, but this makes it even smoother. And I used to think the same way, I liked my cubes crispy, but when I tried a smoother cube, I liked it so much better. The great thing with this mod is you can undo it if you don't like it, so it doesn't hurt to try.

  • goood vid

  • ns

  • that dubstep in the background was pretty sick

  • I also recommend lubing the screws when you have those out with Lubix or Traxxas, and not using CRC.

  • Okay I give up, what dubstep song is that in the background?

  • @fractal420 Crave You (Adventure club dubstep remix)

  • yes I might have been the one who came up with the washer remover part
