  • Yes on prop 19. It may not federally legalize cannabis however it is a step in the right direction!! Thanks. Don't forget to vote :) :3

  • 2:23 Possess tools to facilitate the growing of cannabis on private property ?!? i thought gardening tools were already legal ?

  • @stonerj0e

You're not the brightest bulb out there are you? Look up paraphernalia. Baggies and apple cores are legal too, but when used in conjunction with something illegal (marijuana) it becomes paraphernalia.

Before voting no educate yourself. No on 19 is trying to stir up the emotions of those who don't have the legal knowledge to know better. If you vote no u are siding with police, prison workers, and the drug cartels. If u vote no you will be OKing the 60,000 possession arrests a year.

  • If you vote no and Cooley wins Attorney General and closes down the dispensaries, it will be you who aided him. If you vote no and you get arrested, good. You'll deserve it.

  • @evannison it needs to be completely torn up and rewritten !

  • @stonerj0e Look at your teammates in voting no. Police, DEA, Prosecutors, Republicans, Mormons. The company you keep tells plenty about your character. If you don't realize being on the Neo-con side of the coin on this issue should be enough to change your opinion, then you must be profiting from the status quo.

  • @djzacmaniac research carl marx USEFUL IDIOTS . a useful idiot

might be a cop who joins a side to make it look bad so others with the mindset of that side will switch to the other side thus gaining a victory for

the side who employs the useful idiots !

another example is discrediting someone or something by telling a crazy person first . that crazy person could be considered a useful idiot .

  • @stonerj0e You just described anyone who is voting no on prop 19.

  • @djzacmaniac prop19 does not legalize weed .

  • @stonerj0e Article 5. Lawful Activities

    11300. Personal Regulation and Controls.

    (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, it is lawful and shall not be a public offense under California law for any person 21 years of age or older to:

    (1) Personally possess, process, share, or transport not more than one ounce of cannabis, solely for that individual’s personal consumption, and not for sale.

  • @stonerj0e umm actually it does make it legal, to people 21+ its going to be controlled exactly like alcohol.

  • It would still be illegal under federal law but that's no excuse not to vote yes on it, VOTE YES on prop 19.

  • im voting NO !

  • so the age limit of weed would be 21?!

  • @R1CHARD909 Better than 1000 (meaning there is no current legal age to purchase and consume cannabis for non-medical reasons)

  • I'm English, but my uni course has an optional year in California...so vote yes for my sake! :D I will so gladly add to your economy!

  • 420 views no way haha. I thought it was a joke at first but no thats the real counter. Its a sign from the weed gods directly to me for being the 420th viewer!!
