What this is realy about is a few non-rent stabilized tenants who want a lot of money to move out of apartments they have no legal rights to remew leases. When your lease is over, you have to move if the landlord does not want to renew. SO a couple of freaks blow their own horn, so Mr Swig responded with his own horns...very appropriate.
Kent Swig is a scumbag. The fact that he hired a marching band to drown out the demonstrators' comments is despicable...and typical of this guy who has no morals.
