...No, acting "happy and relieved" is a standard part of the act. When a magician finishes his trick and appears to have beaten some incredible odds, he does that acting relieved move because it makes it appear that there was a chance he could have been wrong. It's the same thing he did when he kept repeating "Now, I could be wrong."
It is just a way of making it seems that much more impressive.

I enjoyed your explanation but im afraid you are incorrect on many accounts, although your explanation would be a good way to do this ( apart from the guessing element.
Derren never guesses, he is sure from the word go , the reason for repeating he may be incorrect is simply to put himself down so the ending is more immpressive!
As for the figuring out the name, that is the most impressive part. It may have been pickpocketing, but another explanation (the one he promotes implicitly) is that she is mouthing the name unconsciously. He points out that the "p" in the name "Price" is a plosive, which means her lips pucker (it does appear that way). Note that he reads the two consonant sounds and guesses the vowels after wards. This is inverse to how animators animate lips to sync to audio tracks.
GPS does not work that precisely, especially in a big building with high ceilings, but even outside, you'd have to have U.S. military grade GPS to get within a few feet.
In theory, a custom triangulation system could be built in the building, but that seems unlikely. There are much easier ways more consistent with what he really does. I don't think it's hard to read people about 1. Lying 2. Their first crush (notice her heart rate and sighing quality as she gets hot and heavy for her crush).
Or the black ball could have a gps inside :P Witch 3 station detectors around the seat so that he could know for sure where the ball is all the time. That way you could build allot more fun trick.
@K0lsyr4 screw GPS -- RFID works extremely well. You can have a vibrator (or earpiece) hidden anywhere on the host (ex. jacket, shoes, sleeve), that activates whenever it is in proximity (within x range) to the RFID chip, which is as light as a feather. Not expensive, not bulky, and certainly works well.
Let's say that he did pickPocket the lady to get the name ... So, can you tell how he predicts the body movements , the names , and LOT of other stuff ???

@TheyCallM3 For a very simple reason: because it has been edited out. If you watch closely Derren Brown's videos of him on stage, you will see many discontinuities, simply because some parts are edited out, which makes the whole trick even harder to figure out. You want an example? Watch Part 2 of this trick (the link is at the beginning of the video) and follow Derren's right hand from 3:38 to 3:42. It goes from the girl's back pocket to the girl's head in.... 0 seconds ! --> edited out.
