My craps those the same thing but not as bad, ( chain tension-er ) its a common thing.

did you look to see if the butterfly screws fell out?

i hve red locktite it?....i was told its the the timing chain tensioner?

@spec3279 Yes, you should loctite them. And i hope you get it fixed soon before you brake somthing else.
