Thanks, but I liked the Pickwick Players/Happy Time version better. This second version, apparently sung by David Niven, had slightly different lyrics and a better story structure. It appears on the record FOUR FAIRY TALES AND OTHER STORIES under the tile "The Emperor's New Clothes."

I love when Mandy Patinkin does this on Chicago Hope for the group of young sick children...it's in the second season.
