  • Those are hair extensions

  • Thats weave I see the track line

  • You are so beautiful. I have the same type of hair as you. You should try Dominican blowouts. No chemicals and it lasts for a while too. And your accent is AMAZING!!! You would definitely fit in would my group of friends. Stay happy girl lol!

  • i looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove your accent!!!

  • Don't know if you have Dominican Salons in the UK but they have the super hot drier that will straighten any nappy hair but don't go there often not too great for the hair:( and it can last up to two weeks.

  • .you are jamming mali music :-)

  • whoa brit princess..u have another channel!?!?!?

  • do you guys over there in the UK have flat irons it works or maybe a straighting comb!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Girllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll no !!!

  • Bumpin that Mali Music... Love his music...

  • ah you have beautiful hair!!!<3

  • sorry i might just have a blond brain or something but i still didnt quite get what exactly did you do to your hair that it grew that much in 2 weeks? you just `relaxed` it? how? uhh, PLEEASE explain it to me.:)

  • @MadonnaFan2000 she didnt relax it relaxing hair makes it straight and you definitely cant do it beneath a weave. she used the oils that she made i believe thats what she said..some product that she used although she didnt name it??

  • love your accent

  • Love the accent : )

  • i have curly hair, but not so much afro (1/4 afro) lol :p when my mum straightens my hair she does it in really small sections because i have thick hair. It always stays in better if you have clean hair. to help it stay in even more try sirum, hairspray type things and make sure your hair is completly dry aswell. hope it helps, if it doesnt sorry, but im only 11 :p

  • your so gorgeous and i love your accent and hair!

  • I thought that was your real hair

  • I LOVE YOUR ACCENT AND YOUR VERY PRETTY! =]

  • I've subscribed to BOTH your channels - absolutely love them. Currently rocking weave with natural hair, just wanted some tips on the following:

    1. how often do you wash your weave and natural hair and how do you do it without breakage and left in product?

    2. how often do you oil your scalp and with what?

    3. and the way this regrowth is exposing me....jeeeze! how do I fix my weave/minimise this exposure?

  • @1389jay to add to that, I've been wearing weaves -which although is supposed to be protective styling- has not really produced hair growth...could you help a sister out?

  • you look pretty with long hair! :))

  • YOUR SO PRETTY! and i love your hair, will this oil work for white girls also? :) im trying hard to grow my hair out!

  • babe the front of your hair looks like its suffered a little breakage, or is that just the camera?

  • I have 4b type hair and it IS possible to get straight hair for a week. The key is moister and good tools. I use either products from Design Essentials or KeraCare, FHI Ionic Blow dryer and FHI Flat Iron. Do the following:

1 - Properly wash and condition your hair

2 - Apply a leave in conditioner and blow dry in small sections to get hair straight

3 - Apply a heat protectant serum and flat iron hair

4 - Apply something like AVEDA anti-humectant pomade to block outside moister

    Try it, it works

  • yh i'd come! i really wna go to the ice bar lol

  • try a natural coconut relaxer.....well actually don't jus do it.....like research first like you....lol......I'm terrified of it and I dunno if I can pluck up the courage to do it but you could see if it appeals to you...it doesn't straighten but apparently it super softens and moisturises the hair....apparently....

  • I know this is probably a moot point b/c you said you've tried everything...but have you used a hot comb instead of a flat iron? When I was younger everyone would get their hair pressed with a flat iron...and use pressing oil. No matter what "type" of hair you have, your hair will get super straight. Just be don't burn yourself!!!!

  • that hair looks really nice. what is it?

  • Kudos to you for your hair growth. But just keep in mind that when you braid your hair it does pull too. So after a couple of weeks the distance between your scalp and the start of the braid is not only growth, but also the fact that the extension has pulled away.

I dont mean to discourage you, just being realistic. I wear braids too, and no matter how tight they are they pull away from my scalp over time.

But every blessing for your hair growth. X

  • I LOVE YUR HAIRR!!!!

  • what hair do u use 4 ur weaves?

  • GHDs FOR THE WIN!

That's what I use after blowing out with some leave-in, coconut oil and Sabino. Never lasts more than a few hours in this wack UK weather though :(

  • lol i love ur videos

and ur eyes r so gorgeous!!! :D

  • lol! "shake a leg"...n girl, what you know bout MALI MUSIC!?! lol! :o)

  • Im so glad that your hair grow !!

  • I love Mali Music... hes a beast. Love that album..

  • hoorah for Mali Music

  • lol ur funny i love the way you talk. but yea about your hair ... im growing my hair out to and i change my styles every other week. with a half wig.! see the thing is you can do any style you want because ur only leaving some of the front of ur hair out and i do this. all you have to do is get some africas best oil or there grease and flat iron your hair. if your flat iron sucks then get a better kind i had to do it its a golden hot but the results are great. ill do a vid one day

  • i agree with everyone when about NOT relaxing your hair..you will regret it..trust me..especially if you are the kind that gets tired of the same style everyday..there is only so much that you can do with relaxed hair..go to the salon and have them press it there..and then use carrot oil at night and wrap and u will keep that for a good week..try a nice curly weave if you want a change..sis..so much you can do without relaxing..but whatever makes u happy comes first..:-)

  • go salon to get your hair straighten

  • A natural hair meet up would be great. I would not recommend you don not relax your hair for this wedding but if you can afford to have it blown out, straightened and styled at the hairdresser. If you plan to do it yourself or get a friend to help you style your hair.

  • yay! for the hair growth!

nooo! for perming ur hair! Stay with us pleeeaaase!

Why don't u just straighten it for the event? Of course, make sure its heat protected, but that will last at least a day for the event. Please consider it?

  • hahahaha patricia you are too much

    SHAKE A LEG

but...i thought you were in a relationship with the white guy :S

but anyways major dame of hair hahaha NIICE VID

  • @ayayeee

    hehe, thats a long story..so I need a new ehem....love interest ;-)

  • Im going to be in Italy in July....:)

  • Try the roller set silk/saran wrap method. Ive seen a woman on here do it with her 4b hair

  • lol

"you guys know i got skills"

    hahah yay growth spurt!!!

    :)

  • baby girl i have 4b hair ....just dont bother trying to straighten it cuz it takes too longn the results never last for more than bout 4 hours if if its humid or rainy god help you...i loved ur twist out/puff u can dress that up with some flowers or hair clips...btw im relaxed now n loving it

  • i have 4a/b hair first u should blow out the hair...then run the hotcomb through the hair a few times...then finally use the flatiron lol...i know it takes a lot of heat but thats the best way to get it done....oh yeah dont forget a heat protectant also!

  • were u listening to mali music? i LOVE him! that man can SANG!!!!! lol

  • @tikitikiboom

    yep hes the guy :)

  • really relax your hair because your potential husband might be there? honey if he doesnt like you for you and not your hair, no matter what state it is CLEARLY he's not the one for you AND a waste of time!

  • @AkedaGB

hehe, not that he would care if I was natural or relaxed I just want to do something different and be as fab as possible :)

  • NICE GROWTH, A MEET UP WILL BE NICE

  • your hair grows faster during the summer than at any other time of year! i use more hot oil treatments at this time of year to maximize on this growth! *^_^*

  • I luv that ur jamming Mali Music!!!!! YES!!

  • yay u should do a meetup in london that would really be good, im definetly in even though im in brum

  • oh and you should keep it natural just sayin lol

  • Oh yeah and somebody below suggested getting your hair pressed. That's definitely another way to wear it straight without the chemicals.

  • Oh Sweetie....please consider staying natural....however, definitely do what makes you happy! I don't think I have even seen you in a wig and there are some really fabulous wig styles out there (if you just want to try something new). Wigs have come a long way since the days of my grandma.

Also, have you considered braids, micros or kinky twists?

  • more than a conqueror, luv it

  • That's pretty goood. I need my hair to grow,

    like, seriously.

  • Hello!can u show how u mosturize ur hair under the weave plz?

    Thksss :)

  • I like your honesty, try getting it pressed and curl by a professional or the dominican blowout that others are suggesting. that's alot of newgrowth.

  • I wondered if you have a Brazilian salon in the UK. I have seen them do wonderful stuff for African hair. Which makes sense since alot of them are descended from Africa. There is also a technic , Brazilian Blowout. Check it out. It keeps your hair healthy and shining and it can straiten our hair with out giving frizz and it will not sacrifice your texture if you want to go back to your natural hair texture.

  • I'm up for the meet up.

By the way what are you doing to cause your hair to grow fast? Do tell...

  • YAAYYY im so happy for you..and do you do your on sewins?

  • Hair does grow fast in the summer. lol

  • No more boyfriend? and try just straightened your hair..with a hot comb or flat iron

  • I'm the last person 2 try & encourage anyone 2 stay natural, but ur hair is growing so well, so maybe u should try staying natural 4 a little while longer. Not to say that relaxing (or tex-laxing) ur hair will stunt ur growth (b/c there are ladies here on youtube w long textured/ relaxed hair), but growing ur hair out will give u time to learn more about ur hair (which will be beneficial when relaxing)! U can still do something diff. 4 the wedding (i.e. curls/ a loose curly weave) Good luck : -)

  • I agree with the meet up! I was just thinking I would love to do a natural hair gathering like they have in the US but don't know if it would work here x

  • You should go to a dominican hair salon and get your hair straightened. Or just do the dominican method of straightening hair. Please don't relax your hair. So many people would be dissapointed

  • Try a brazilian keratin treatment. Its a great alternative to relaxing and you can get your hair VERY straight with it. It also relaxes your curl pattern tons! HTH

  • What brand of hair do you use? I plan on doing a weave sometime this summer. Can't wait for the upcoming "how to videos"!

  • dont relax it. you can get the same exact look by flat ironing with a ceramic flat iron. but before flat ironing, blow dry it out first.

  • @joyariffic Or roller set saran wrap! There's so many ways of styling, no one needs a realxer!

  • @flag4eva I completely agree :) relaxers are horrible

  • Yeah try the dominican blowout technique. Its a lot of heat but it does do the job.

  • what i wanna know is how u manage the itching with the weave? How do u minimize it from happening?

  • have u tried the dominican blowout technique? that might work well for you.

  • you can try roller sets , i have 4b 4c hair and rollersets & saran wrap works like a charm ;)
