Hahahaha -- "Tulsa, eat your heart out!" I love it. Talk to anyone from Oklahoma City long enough, and eventually you will hear something critical of Tulsa.
Tulsa's OK, it's just that they're SOOOO snotty there. There are families in Tulsa that actually consider themselves to be "old money," just because they got lucky with oil in the 1920's. We just let them dream.
Funny, the still picture of the family car I am using is an actual photo taken of Okies who fled their homes for California during the dustbowl days. Photo courtesy of US Library of Congress.
I love these types of tours Adored the River Walk It really looks like you guys have a lot of restaurants to go and theater looked amazing as well Tons of hugs ♥Mel
Bricktown is kind of the restaurant and bar section of the city, and has some great shows, etc. It is very lively on Friday and Saturday nights, and in the Spring and Summer during Baseball season. Fun stuff.
Cool! I've never been anywhere in Oklahoma so I hope you take us on more White Trash Tours! Parts of this area look similar to where I live and we, too, have a river walk - small but being developed as we speak.
Once Spring comes, John and I will be taking some road trips and by golly we might actually GET OUT of the car! I am still working on the various upload types, so bear with me on quality til I hit the right one for YT.

I always enjoy your videos. I like learning about Oklahoma. The only thing I know about it is from The Grapes od Wrath! LOL
