  • jumpsytle is cheap^^ for ever goa!

  • Why on earth did you change the original music of the video? The result is so bizzare. At least you should not put the word "Charleston" in the title.

  • @12345akipa

dear god... - this video has had many tracks laid over the top of it - just due to its uncanny synchronisation. There is a form of dancing called jumpstyle which looks very similar to what is shown in this video - the poster has simply seen this connection and overlaid hardstyle music to emphasise the point.

if you with to see the original version it is here: /watch?v=s58iTzznkp0

  • tohle video je naprostá hrůza hlavně ten zvuk kterému se ani nedá říkat hudba

  • The music is very bad!

  • this music sucks.

The daft punk wersion fits here better

  • qumanera tan ruidosa de aruinar un baile fantastico.

  • very nice..cept back then People had respect for eachothers indiviual style and technique and they didn't really 'battle'. now it's all about hip hop and everyone being cocky/#1.

  • @anUHkins The did so battle, just like the the jazz musicians, in their cutting contests, of that day/night.

At the Savoy Ballroom, in Harlem, on the dancefloor, there was a space called the "Cat's Corner" and if you didn't know your stuff, you'd better not show up and try to dance there or you'd soon get a couple quick charleston kicks in the shins, purely by accident, of course. They all tried to top each other. That's how art, any art, including dance, evolves.

  • @wontonton well of course evetyone wants to be the 'best' the point of my comment was in modern day, everyone will blatantly rip each other off without a second thought, just because they want to be famous soo bad that they lose any ounce of respect. and most of the 'famous' people in the spotlight these days are horribly cocky with nothing to back it up compared to the ones who arn't famous but are better, but didn't sell themselves to a company.

  • @wontonton =] thanks for the knowledge

    -bboy

  • @anUHkins I'm a bboy myself and i can vouch for several other bboys when i say i have the UTMOST respect for all dancers and their style. That's the way hip hop is suppose to be. The other aspect is just being confident in your skill. Cyphers at bboy jams are made for expressing your style and that "jump in and go" feeling, bboys battle each other to test their skill and push each other to the next level, most of the time there are no bitter feelings afterward. its all love.

  • @anUHkins lulz you said cock

  • @JoshJamesification you know what "cocky" means right?

  • @anUHkins It means you're big in the pants

    ex. Jon: I feel cocky

Jill: Stick your weiner in my butt

  • @JoshJamesification alright "josh".

  • @anUHkins Capitalize my name, "Sykwalker"

  • @JoshJamesification my names not ment to be a reference to star wars...

  • @anUHkins Yeah, that was my reference

  • @anUHkins Hip-Hop has changed. Hip-Hop (emcee, breakdancing) used to be about bringing people together and getting people off the streets. Now, people are "rapping", boasting "swag", and trying to kill each other again.

  • @dragonettirockstop true, and I by far ment modern hiphop. just recently in this modern day I think music has been pushed more than ever to a point where you can pratically 'create an artist'. Even in hip hop's time you had to have true talent to be known, but now music company's create they're own little artist...like a toy company making a new toy, they put it on the shelves and profit. today's mainstream is more like a shelf in a store than a gathering of true talent.

  • @anUHkins

Maybe listen to real Hip Hop then

    Try The Roots

  • @anUHkins Back then people were incomunicado. Now everyone can easily predict how you would fare in real competition by looking at your style, even if they are not good at dancing.

  • @anUHkins i guess it depends where u live i have never seen a rap battel or a dance off and i live in chicago

  • I think it was just great!

  • factfinder4, The whole clip was destroyed! The music today has nothing on these original stars. Just think how the music would sound if they had the recording stuff we have today. These so-called singers and dancers today would never get close.

  • mi potete dare i titolo della canzone per favore?

  • The dancing should be kept in the original music, otherwise the rhythms are upside down to what these guys are dancing and responding. This renders the dancers and their steps actually out of time with the music! Talk about rolling over in their graves.

  • I agree

  • Jump is cool and all, but I agree with the guy who said that some DnB would fit better

  • pidu93 o anche soprannominato dagli amici miro sn io tommy

  • un avevo capito XD

  • forte

  • come si chiama la canzone me lo potete dire per piacere

  • What's the name of this track?

  • dj coone-the return

  • this is bad... with drum n bass its better because you can see a little dnb step in it... no jumpstyle 1*

  • All the wanna bees who keep remixing songs to this video are fucking lame.

You cant do it as good as the first guy can- so stop annoying all of us.

  • 0:31 ... awesome.

But, if white people did the same exact thing, wouldn't people be making fun of them constantly?

When white people dance like this "it's because they're white" ...and when anyone else does, it's OK?

    Racist bastards!

  • type in hardshuffle, you will see

  • Oh god no... I watched that rubbish... please tell me that's not really popular. It's like if you take ALL the talent out of breakdancing... and you're just left with... that.

  • its also called Hardstep

  • this is a true fact of science

    -hero

  • did he die?

  • Hahaha

  • Gdyby to chociaz ktos dobrze zsynchronizowal.. :/ ta muzyka totalnie nie jest dopasowana

Though I must say (re: description), Chicago is soooooo not East Coast. It's midwest. Don't you forget it. <3 Chicago!

  • Ruined good dancing with mindless music. I you really feel music and love to dance you don´t need deadhead beats.

  • No man i disagree,.. This is amazing.. the footage is almost 100 years old : Walk into a club today and u see people doing the same moves..
