I've got the same bike and I'm not happy with my seat. I noticed that your seat has a different cover on it than mine. Did you get yours custom-made or did you buy it somewhere and if that's the case, where did you get it? Hope you can help me, because my seat is a "pain in the butt" ;)
That's great your documenting all the DIY stuff for people! Great job.
Keep in mind, everybody, that you MUST re-install and tighten down to manufacturer specs with a torque wrench.
Also, it'd be beneficial to NOT let the calipers hang loose as this could stretch the brake hoses and cause damage to them. Securing them with a zip-tie or bungee or whatever else prevents that from happening.
do you still have the torque specs for the front and rear axel bolts?

@TheLabs1 I sent my stock seat to Sargent and they re-did the cover and foam. It's a carbon fiber look.

Great videos... I enjoy watching them before I attempt them on my 919. What seat is that on your bike? Comfortable?

It is a 2008 Honda 919. I own a 2004 599. It is a pretty nice bike. At least the first 40+ thousand miles. LOL

If you take your tires off and bring them to the shop for a changing..do you have to take the rotors off?
