As I've stated before, this is pure dog shit. They play at small, lowclass, downtown clubs and only about 80 local teenagers show up. Every song by Hate Eternal sounds the SAME, just guitar and drums blasting... so stupid and boring. Cradle of Filth and Dimmu Borgir gigs bring in like 500 or more people and are waaaayyyy more musically talented than these ugly monkeys!

Im more into Slipknot, Muse, 3DG, Breaking Benjamin, Rise Against, Stone sour, Pink, Evansence, Paramore... Y'know, things like that. I like some stand alone songs like "When your evil", "Masochism Tango", and "The flood", by Take That, not to say I like Take That all that much.

Derek Roddy was better. not too sure that hes able to keep up nowadays since his focus isnt on speed anymore, but he definatly set the standard for drumming for that band, and for future bands as well.

@IMBACHABRI Actualy Im not that much either. I like one carnifex song (the diseased and poisoned), past that the heaviest songs I listen to is Vendetta and All Hope is Gone, both by Slipknot. Im more into Slipknot, Muse, 3DG, Breaking Benjamin, Rise Against, Stone sour, Pink, Evansence, Paramore... Y'know, things like that. I like some stand alone songs like "When your evil", "Masochism Tango", and "The flood", by Take That, not to say I like Take That all that much.

@thethealaska The general homophobic insult, is the name of the job of a Wood Chopper, but the slang only exists in Canada. It can also mean a pile of wood, which is why a wood chopper is called it. It has connections to homosexuality becuase being a wood chopper had it's own "hypermasculine cultur", and I guess a few of them actually where gay. But I am not sure.

2. Watch more and other metal videos to get it to the top of the youtube vid list
3. Instead of bashing pop, promote metal with logical reasons, not just "METAL RULES"

A rule a stupid amount of bands break: When the lineup consists of only 2 stringed instruments, have them equally (or at least close to it) mixed, ESPECIALLY if there are solos.

Are lyrics so important that you discredit bands entirely because you don't understand them? If you do, you might as well discredit bands who sing in languages you don't understand, or that use glossolalia. Opera would be crap too.
Also, pronouncing words properly while growling is pretty fucking hard, and I doubt it is much better while playing an instrument at the same time.

Derek Roddy was better. not too sure that hes able to keep up nowadays since his focus isnt on speed anymore, but he definatly set the standard for drumming for that band, and for future bands as well.
