  • @SheNoob087 dude, dont freak out. if u cared so much u wouldn't read the comments- ppl can say what they want. And obviously he dies, she MET HIM IN THE HOSPITAL.

  • @TaylorSwiftNewsGirl I don't give a shit whether you think it's obvious, I don't see why you have to give away plot details. Just keep it to yourself.

  • I cried so much in this movie, this is inspirational to very one, it brings out ski much

  • A mother will do anything for her child even if it's over the limits

  • hated the movie compared to the book! It completely ruined the ending!

  • This is such a touching movie.@TheJasminka12345 I really hope your son is going to ok, an to anyone who is battling with cancer the only thing I can say is keep holding on! • Sometimes it not about saving a life, its about making the most of what you have left.

  • this...is REAL life..nothing else matter. just the soul..that's what make a human.. the greatness of soul. patient and faith to all the people that really suffer and those who live just to get more and more.. it's good to think that someone outhere no matter how they have, they may not live to enjoy them.

  • I love movies that leave you with a resonating feeling of warmth, that brings you to this place just beyond the ledge of comfort where whatever cause you have near to your heart becomes not just an idea to get worked up over but a vision which becomes closer into a working figment of society, that makes a wave- My sisters keeper is a film that does this for me as well as Puncture ( with Chris Evans) you should deff check it out if you liked how this movie made you feel

  • I just finished reading the book and now I'm under my covers, crying, and commenting on trailers

  • my best freind aadditioned for this movie because there making a remake of it and she got anna and shes going to Toronto for it to be filmed and her parents are Will ferrel and Anjolina Jolie <33

  • i watched this and it changed me,i started doing stuff for cancer,if you look on my videos 'keep holding on', me and my friends are doing it for cancer. #makeachange.

  • just read the book. damn it made me cry

  • terça feira (10) no sbt ein

  • This book/movie captures the real essence of a child being sick and what it puts there family through. Since birth, I've been incredibly ill and my mother would do the same for me -3

  • This is the best Cameron Diaz movie....she is amazing actres, role in this movie show it....Best part is when she cut off hair....I cry....

  • i cry every time i watch this movie. yesterday my friend's dad died over cancer ... i can only begin to imagine what they're all going through ...

  • like for whoever read the number one comment and figured she had dyslexia.

  • I will watch this movie soon... It makes me feel sad at the trailer, so the movie will definitely let me cry

  • I'm mad that they changed the ending because I HATE when you spend your time reading a book only to see that the movie is different... but I feel like this ending was better.

  • im crying just from the trailer and im a guy :)

  • Before I read the book, I told myself that I'd watch the movie after. I just finished the book, and now I'm not so sure if I want to watch the movie because I don't want to cry and not be able to stop again. The subject is just so universal.

  • the movie is so beautifull,

but the book is a hundred times better.

  • This movie changed my life. It was so moving and inspiring. This is one of the best movie I have ever watched in my whole life. This movie also made me realize that I want to be a Physician who specialized in Cancer.

  • I watched the movie then because i loved it so much i read the book, the amount of changes they made was unreal especially the ending.

  • This movie was breathtaking and heartwarming

  • the people who thumbs downed this obviously have no heart. I have never witnessed someone in my family with blood cancer and God forbid that I ever have to. Just this trailer made me cry. So all of you idiots who think this wont happen, wake up and smell the roses because it's very possible. Like this if you want to put an end to blood cancers and all cancers

  • the best movie i ever saw in my life

  • beautiful movie, practically transformed me into a human faucet...two thumbs up!

  • The best movie ever -3 so sad tho

  • cancer is the sadist thing ever and the worst part is: if someone you know has cancer its like you have cancer because it just doesn't effect that one person who has it it effects the people around you too :(

  • Great trailer, but bad movie.

  • what an increidble movie, i recommend it for everyone, seriously.

  • I didn't see the movie but I'm crying.

  • Abigail Breslin was Olive in Little Miss Sunshine :D

  • the song is: Vega 4 - Life is beautiful

  • ITS DEFINITELY THESE TYPE OF MOVIES THAT SHUD TURN INTO BLOCKBUSTERS AND NOT MOVIES LIKE TWILIGHT.

  • this movie brings me to tears so much. my dads brother died from leukemia before i even knew him. i think about him all the time and i know he is in a better place.

  • The best movie ever. I love it and god did I cry like a baby. This is like a first hand look on what some families go through. I hope that a cure could be made for cancer. We are losing too many people because of this disease.

  • everytime i see this movie i cry because my best friend i knew since i was little just had cancer yesterday we were besties and everytime i see this movie i think of her hoping she won't die and when the doctor said she MIGHT not make it i was crying her family was crying too.now twice a week i go to the hospital to make sure shes okay. hopefully she will be alright. i hope. i love you emily<3<3<3

  • Ive watched the movie already and cried my heart out...I decided to watch the trailer just to remember how the movie goes...and simply by this, I cried my heart out

  • i cried just by watching the tutorial </3

  • I read the book, but i didn't know there was a movie! Must watch it later!

  • This movie reminds me of my grandma.....:'(

  • So sad :(

  • the only reason i hate the movie is because it completely changes the ending of the book.

and the ending of the book is what made it so great.

  • song name?

  • @bddrr96 "Life is beautiful" by Vega 4

  • this movies is sooooooooo heart-touching. i loooove iiiiit.

  • THIS MOVIE SUCKED ,in the book there was one more important character ,in the end Kate did not die ,and everything was so much better. I am in love with the book by Jodi (she's one of my favorite authors) but i do not like how they changed her book into a expected event. Read the book and you might just agree.

  • @millSz1125 yeah I agree. The book was better. Damn, there's a lot more important character and the depth of their thoughts. However the movie isn't that bad.. the producer couldn't possibly fit in the whole book into a 2hr movie. A series is much more likely to cover the whole book:) But I have to agree about the ending, they shouldn't change..

  • This movie was great. It made me really appreciate life

  • After watching this movie I wanted to be someone that can help all children who are extremely sick (eg. have cancer) live their dreams no matter at what age. Or become a doctor and try to help as much as I can. Because being sick is not fun and especially when your life is hanging on the balance. I've been sick for almost a year now, and even though its not life threatening, each day I'm in pain, feel like vomiting, etc everyday...

This movie brings me into tears every time I watch it <3

  • Who sings that song??

  • @SuperYvetteallyoutub Life is Beautiful by Vega 4. :)

  • Man, I cried my heart out.

  • It's Kate when she goes to the hospital Prom with Taylor, she is wearing a wig

is it Kate way before when she met Taylor or whatever his name is?

  • just finished reading the book today and it had a sad ending toallay did not expect it. gonna watch the movie hopefully today. for sure it's going to be a great movie just like the book :D

  • oh god im crying up a waterfall. anna is so brave gosh her mom yelling " your lying" like if you want to find a cure for cancer

  • @ycanuck123 If there was such thing as "cancer cure" it would make people without cancer immortal.

  • awww :)

  • 25 people are heartless :O

  • Does anybody know what song starts around 1:50? i love it and i dont know what it is!

  • @wildimagination1717 Life is beautiful - Vega4

  • @milkchocolategirl17 thanks!!!!!!!

  • That little girl is so brave. She actually shaved her head for the movie, it's not a bald cap.

  • i am reading the book for language arts class, and i heard that Anna dies from an accident and Kate lives, I was ready to cry during the movie and everyone in theaterwas balling, iove this movie and all i wanna do is read the book

  • 3 words: BEST MOVIE EVER

  • what's the song that starts playing properly at about 1:50? cheeerrs :)

  • Huh? why would that girls parents want her to give up a kidney for her sister? its not their choice. and why did her brother of something say just tell them. can someone explain^

  • @bunnies9875ify because that's what she needed, a new kidney. people are born with two kidneys and can survive with only one :) and her brother said that because well... you should watch the movie to find out!

  • @myrabbitheart23 nooo tell me!!!

  • @bunnies9875ify if you're really interested google the plot cause i don't want to ruin it for others lol!

  • @bunnies9875ify this is to save her sisters life and the truth is kate the girl with cancer really wanted to die

  • Best and one of the sadest movies I've EVER seen!!!No joke! watch it if u haven't

  • One of my favorite movies <3 Tissues please!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I was crying at the trailer, what's gonna happen to me in the actual movie!

  • i cried 17 times when i watch this movie!!

  • We´re going to watch this in english lesson tomorrow and my teacher was like "Don´t forget to bring lots of tissues" :P

  • I cried when I watched this movie :(

  • I really enjoyed this movie, but to have done so I kinda had to see it as a whole different story than the book. Because if I'd start to compare the two, the book would be 100 times better and I'd just get annoyed that they didn't include this detail or that detail in the movie.. On its own I think the movie is really good.

  • I want to see this again so bad! It was so beautiful and sad

  • Best movie ever along with The Notebook..

  • I read the book and It's such an amazing book I cried at the end... I can't wait to see the movie I could hardly tare myself away from the book xD

  • this movie was so amazing :D I'm in tears just watching this!

  • :( :( I loved the movie.

  • i still dont get it.

  • Comment removed

  • beautiful :)

  • In the book, the girl dies at the end, but not the one with cancer. She dies in a car crash. Fail.

  • @Ghostshepard thank you i mean thats a big signifigant part of the story to be changing

  • i actually didnt enjoy this at all. i read the book years ago and liked it a lot. but in the film they took out pretty much all the interesting bits. the family dynamic had no originality. everything was toned down from the son's bad behaviour to changing the ending. leaving out the lesbian story and the lawyers and well again every interesting bit. turns out to be just a film about a kid with cancer rather than a vast exploration of different persons coming together under a difficult time

  • Never seen this good actors/actrises :O

  • i teared up just watching the trailer :'(

  • i will probably never watch this movie again because it was so sad & it made me cry until the tears couldnt come out anymore.

but i will say it was the best movie i have ever seen in my entire life!!!

the love between Kate and her family was inspiring

  • Cute cute cute

  • ok....i think this is gonna be a for sure movie to watch!!!

  • I remeber when Kate found a boy who also has cancer and they fell for eachother...man I cried!! Such happy moments mixed with sad ones too.

  • The fucking trailer got me crying. damn.

  • that movie i so sad?

  • So THAT's what Little Foot would sound like as a teenager.

  • D: How can this have dislikes?! T^T ....So heart moving....

  • @clairecardona Because there are people in this world who just don't get life.

  • I wished it followed the book better (Especially the end) but this movie still made me cry hard.

  • On TV atm... been channel-flicking and watchin' other stuff though. Kind of sweet with the whole dance/photos and her dad etc. Then lost all sympathy when she's foolin' around with her BF... straight away thinkin' - typical lol.

  • The trailer itself made me cry..Remember watching this 2 yrs ago. n crying so much! Cameron Diaz made me love her in this one.. such a beautiful movie with a beautiful meaning.. I wish to see the day when cancer is just a zodiac sign!

  • @Akiithebest it is!

  • This movie is beautiful

  • "most babies are accidents." lol hold up woman.

  • book was better

  • Campbell is supposed to be 32

  • just see the trailer, have made me tears

  • i never saw myself crying so much when i was watching this moviee:(

  • this is an amazing story :') really the movie and book have different endings but still the movie is really good, very emotional ):

  • Am I the only guy that cried more than three times? especially when she promised to hang on and when kate and her mum read the book she made, it brought me to tears... the book itself, she didn't die, though I'm still crying when I watch the movie

  • i read the book and cried

  • @pranksterkid2 Me too. I was crying for at least 30 minutes. It is one of the saddest books I ever read.

  • I cry all the time and im going to make my boyfriend watch it with me.. rest in peace daddy cancer won the battle, but i will never forget you<3

  • Why would anyone dislike this!!! I'm in tears just watching the trailer :'(

  • @kirsty08babii Because it's a good film, but the book is one million times better.

  • @kirsty08babii Maybe they´re in tears as well. That can be disliked.

  • @kirsty08babii same here, i havent even watched the movie, but watching the trailer just made me cry :'(

  • In the Novel Kate didnt die because anna had an accident and she died..

so they transfer the kidney of anna to kate..

    In the movie Kate died..

    They have different stories... :DD

  • This is so sad- tears are pouring down my face.

I'd do anything to save my sister too. -3

  • @TheStfu1000 that's not why shedidnt give up her kidney... watch the movie or read the book

  • Best movies everr!!! soooo saaddd

  • This along with Lovely Bones (another film released in 2009) are so underrated. They are easily the most emotional films ever made; they aren't films I'd've considered watching but since people in my family were I thought why not? And the result? I really appreciated the films; the emotion really is very powerful :)

  • I have to say that the film is wonderful, but I like more the novel...the end of the novel was the best!

  • watching the trailer puts me into tears cause straight away it reminds me of my sister that died of cancer..and she had leukemia<3<3

    R.I.P

  • I watch this movie with my best friend, who's mother died of breast cancer. We ended up crying in each others arms like babies.

  • i've read the book. looking back this isn't a particularly meaningfull movie. this is just an idiot sister not realising that her kidney/other small operations are worth the life of her sister. ie killing her sister because she wants to keep a kidney is just plain stupid and wrong.

  • @TheStfu1000 did you forget that it was the sister who told her not to give it up?

  • @lovelymicky1 elaborate more please.
