I like the new record, it is a bit poppy, but a lot of songs on it sound like it belonged on "from here to infirmiry" which is amazing, they did a good job with it, long time Alk3 fan, and I enjoy it. And holy shit Dan is skinny here

What are people thinking of the new record? I'm a huge long time fan, but so far i'm not so sure i like it, which i hate to even say. I do like this song however, it just seems that overall the record is very poppy. I guess i think its a delicate thing getting the pop to punk ratio right, and i feel they maybe leaned a little too hard to the former. Maybe i just need to liste to it more, i just miss the days of loud distorted guitars and less production.

Alkaline Trio is awesome and I was at this show at warped in chicago, but in regards to Domebuddy, man this crowd fucking sucked and didnt know what they were doing. no one could move around everyone just squooshed together and basically squeezed.
