Michael Maguire rocks les mis' world. But he sang this one really fast, for a national anthem, I think he could have carried some quarter notes a little more!
I'm thinking he couldn't sing it too slowly, as the commencement had to be fast (hundreds of students graduating--if you've been to a college or even a high school graduation then you know they take FOREVER, lol)
Well, I wouldn't exactly say that -- in that I don't think his Enjolras was the best I've heard or anything. He does have a really nice baritone voice, though, and I'm really happy he's still singing.
What an extraordinary man he is: talented actor, fabulous voice, extremely handsome and quite intelligent, apparently! I concur with all of his fans, though: PLEASE, don't ever stop singing!
God his voice has such a majestic timbre to it. Listen to him. I mean, a baritone with such a huge voice. Love it. Loved him in Les Mis TAC as well. He is a Baritone, isn't he? Just wondering.
This is so surreal. All I can hear is Enjolras singing the US National Anthem.

Hey, he sounds great! I'm glad he's embraced his baritone-ness and stopped singing notes that are too high for him. His low range is fantastic.

Yes, Numbchunks is right - this was his graduation from Law School. This graduation/performance was at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A.
