  • Yes, and these same skills and ideas are good for ALL kids, not just those with ADHD weaknesses. We really like Dr. Sosne's comprehensive behavioral/cognitive approach.

  • This seems like an idea students with ADHD would like to work on because of it's simplicity as well as when it's phrased as the same way they would learn any other habit, like remembering to brush their teeth before bed. I also liked what he said about breakfast either being too light or to carb. heavy. I've seen both ends of that spectrum as a teacher.
