  • interesting enough video but terrible taste in music

  • music cool

  • Pistonrings are failing.

  • heey leuk een scooter motortje heel leuk...... dus niet!!! op kankeren met scooter motoren !!!

  • getting a DT 175 this summer when i have munee!!!!! for now im restoring a puch maxi S. that engine is like NOTHING. its literally a piston rod and crank, 2 gears and a centrifigul clutch w/ a manual 3 plate clutch for going up hills and for fat people who cant get the clutch to engage right!

  • tweakers are always tearin shit apart

  • awe... i watched the whole thing and didn't get to see it running in the end =(

    i assume all went well?

  • dud that piston has a lot of blowebye on it

  • @trx7000 ya i notice it also, dats the most problem of a two storke engine espicially a watercooled engine, bec,of the liquid running over the cylinderbore,yo cant hear it loud how the ring worning down,,

  • dud that piston has a lot of blowebye on it

  • That music is fucking gay

  • @dawgdan1 and so r you fag

  • This is what I do when I'm not strugglin with my urge to drink. I have a mental illness and this is who I am. COOL SHIT IF YOU ARE CURIOUS WHAT'S INSIDE THAT OILY BITCH. lol

  • 2 strokes are so easy to rebuild try a 4 stroke

  • @moto93420 oooh. i remember fighting with the valve clearance for a good hour. 2 strokes would take me and have taken me about 3 hours to do a piston and reeds and carb ect. the 6-12 month tuneup.

  • Sorry bro but the music is really gay. Try some lamb of god, Pantera, Tool or Slayer next time. Instead of that queer bullshit.

  • Y do u have gloves on. U scared of a lil grease.. Lol

  • yo i got a huaqvarna cr125

  • Nice bike, Husqavarna's are awesome.

  • you need to loosen the clutch bolts criss cross!

  • way to go, i want to hear whats hes saying and the music is making it a love video of a guy and his engine.......

  • Excellent, $#@K that negative S&%#. Everyone is a critic

  • Can anyone say "wristpin puller"

  • надо было сразу варюшки надевать

  • Didn't you heat the piston before removing the wrist pin?

  • Don't need to. They not press fit.

  • I use gloves also, no need to scrub your fingernails afterwards. Smart.

  • lol, whuts with the gloves?????????? :P

  • Once you get that deep it gets very dirty and if u broke bearings u will have alot of broken pices of metal. U don't need gloves just some people wear em preference i guess i dont wear gloves.

  • @kingvater

i realy dont like working with gloves, doesnt give you the precise 'feeling' you get without them

  • Well no offense but anyone can pull apart an engine.

Let me know if you have a video were you put it al back together and make it run.

  • lol

  • hahah ya the hard part isnt taking the thing apart!!!

  • @FelixTheHouseFreak well no offense but obviously you never opened a engine block. I know how hard it is to get it all out and all the stuff you have to be careful with. it is not easy. i have done it too its not easy, but yeah it is harder putting it back together

  • waoh! nice husqvarna engine bro.

  • Is that a Husqvarna?

  • Husqvarna wr 125 or wr 250

  • how much ccm is this engine ??

  • good skills and video, Thanks

  • whats the name of both the songs?

  • I have a problem with my dirt bike engine.. i do not know what is wrong with it, but i think it might be a compresion problem the spark plus is working fine... but i do not know what the problem could be ..... any help?

  • what is the problem...loss of compression? or is it a compression problem?

  • Cracked bearings..........

  • Wow that a very good dis-assemblying the engine, very fast. Are you trying to do major overhauling of the engine of that motorcyle? Can show about the electrical wirings fixed? lghts, horn, etc..

  • how i'd hate to put that back together again!

  • it aint difficult, this guy did it smart by recording it, so if he gets stuck he knows where to start at.

Cant be affraid of taking it appart. thats when you mess up

  • any one can make a video of disassembleing a motor...make a video of putting it together RUNNING*

  • 1:14 NOO dont hit the pin out like that! You'll bend the rod!! : 3

  • io ti stimo!!! senti di dove sei o endurist!

  • husqvarna

  • this vid is so cool, thx for the up

  • 2t rules!

    what is the first song?

  • muito bom....

  • Nice! It reminds me of my college days - working on my bikes in the living room of my apartment.

  • yo....ur insanly good at tht...how long did it take u to take it apart and put it back to gether again? and did it run when u put the motor back in the bike?

  • good job man good job ;) ..

  • this is like a porn show for bikes

  • why do you open the moor??? i have been exatly the same on my ktm 125 exc :D

  • no its a husqvarna bike u can see the logo on the clutch case at 0:58

  • really great video!!! I really enjoyed watching it. Greatest hobby in the world!!

  • Sorry !!! :-(((

  • I didn't know you were a surgeon!

  • Its good to wear gloves like that.

Its bad to have solvents/chems soak in through your skin.

  • what's the name of the song ???

  • when i was 12 i rebuild my cr80 engine, and it was not that hard and it was fun.

  • Well done.

    Very good cut and music!

    *****

  • everyone should try fixin their own motor! its really fun and productive at the same time. i rebuilt my blaster 200 from top to bottom and im only 14. now go out there and fix a motor!

  • rebuilt my ktm 250 2s from 1996 i had bought for 450 dollers

and it runs very very good

if i want to wheely all i have to do is give gas its so powerfull

iv got it up to 90km/h its fast as fuck

    and im 15

  • 90kmh isnt fast for a 250 should do 120+

  • with stock gearing and knobbies on my 08 CRF250R pinned in 5th gear I only hit 90. Give or take a couple mph. and i was on tarmac

  • yeh thats mph not kmh

  • about time it had a rebuild by the looks of the piston the rings were well gone!

  • Interseting !! good job man !!

  • I took my old 2001 KX125 down to the frame and completely rebuilt the bike along with the motor when I was 13. I agree that it is fun, but when it comes to 4 strokes, forget that.. too complicated for me.

  • yea i agree im 15 and i can do a 2 stroke top end in like 20 mins never tried a 4 stroke heard they are a bitch to put back together

  • no its pritty easy but beware if you screw up the timing on the valve your in shit if you doint mark it

  • Good video, would have been better without the music.

  • whats the first song called

  • this was really fun to watch

  • hey man u know your shit about bikes man just did a full repair on a 1974 suzuki 3 wheeler and im only 14

  • pfft wank more

  • ok thanks. i think i mite take the top end apart and see how she looks

  • Great video!!!

  • Awesome Video m8 :)

  • i got a yz250f and i was wonderin if anybody knew how often i should do a top end rebuild. i only put about 3 to 4 hours on the bike a month and im your average rider and i mostly do tracks and some trails. some people tell me not to mess with the engine unless if you hear funny noises or something unordinary but i dont want to be riding and have the engine blowup. im only 14 and if my engine blew up i could not afford the new parts so i dont know exactly what to do

  • if you wait untill you hear funny noises, it might be to late... the piston can split an fall down and damage all the other parts in your engine...

  • i encourage everybody to do thier own engine work

    its fun

    and good for ur brain

i did a complete engine rebuild myself at the age of 14

  • this is the best video i've seen on youtube=) awesome music, whats the name of it? =D

  • I love that porn music!...lol Remember the easiest part is tearing it down. Putting it back together correctly is the hard part. Good job on your video...

  • wow, that piston is fried

  • I am not a stroke expert but it looks like you got a lot of carbon build up on that cylinder you might have something else going on beside craked bearings. They might look that why I am just comparing it to a car's cylinders.

  • The worst thing is the the carbon build up is running down the side which means the flame runs down and that tells me that the rings are bad.

  • ovviamnte italiano!!! certo che ne sappiamo!!:)

  • Bravo!!!!

  • best and only inside - engine video i have ever seen man great job, is that manual or semi?

  • WHERE DO YOU LEARN TO MAKE THAT? =)

  • Trial and error basically. I never rebuilt an engine before this one. I got some documents describing all the parts and some tips from a couple of mechanics. Then it's just a matter of putting everything back the way you find it.

Remember that every single piece has only one right place, it's just a matter of finding it and you can't mess up.

  • ...and how long did it take you to do so, and how long to get it all back together as well ?

    great vid. thanks for sharing

  • Taking it apart as well as taking it off the bike was a matter of a couple of afternoons. I did it slowly and carefully since it was the first time. The longest part is getting the right piston and having the new rod installed, finding all the bearings from local dealers in order to get them cheap and measuring every piece which might be out of tollerance. You don't want to leave something which is about to die and do all over again.

  • All in all it took me about two weeks, but I'd say working on the engine itself took about 16 hours. A good mechanic can do it in 5-6 hours, with the right tools and every component ready. But you'll pay for working hours and every piece from the house. The central bearings would've cost me 30euros each instead of 20 each from a local dealer.

  • thanx

  • i have a dt 125r 2003 model does anyone know how to derestrict it because everyone i ask i get a different answer

  • its a really really nice video.

  • That was amazing you know your stuff!!

  • It ain't no motor! It is a manual trasnaxle, fool!

  • That must be why my bike was running funny

  • So, whay does it have a spark plug?

  • I was being sarcastic. It's a full 125 two stroke engine.

Don't know where he got the transaxle idea.

  • nice vid man keep the good work

  • good job
