So where are you guys located for training? And do you train beginners...? I was only at Gary's for about a cool month.. I really would like to learn the whole system. And you said you have not did Gary style for years so what style or who's are you doing?
I like!!! I miss going to class.. Live in Rancho Cucamonga I wish i can car pool with someone to Gary Lam's.. Nice vid tho,, Its AMAZING.

Glad you liked it ,, but we have not done any Gary lam style for years ,,went a different route ..but do what ever keeps you training and you enjoy !

Its a portable dummy spikes into the ground i have a few ..glad you liked the clip ,,just some fun stuff
