I'm using a Pentium 4 541 Prescott 3.2 Ghz w/ Hyperthreading @ 4 ghz and 4 GB of DDR2 800 mhz RAM at 1 ghz (same for FSB).

As well as a eVGA 8600 GT 256mb DDR3, this processor is good enough up to 8800 GT or so.
