OH yeah! Idol was the shit back in the day, still is in my book! He had a long history behind him too, he just didnt appear out of nowhere like dudes do today in the industry. He hung out with Siouxsie and Johnny Rotten back in the late 70s in London. So, he already had some street cred when he appeared. You dont see this kind of dude anymore, white guy, all about sex and he had a macho attitude. The girls back in the 80s were all over him.Today white rockstars all all effeminate, not this guy!
