Im using an alienware TactX mouse atm but i want something, well... good lol sure the alienware logo matches my laptop and its better than my old logitech, but the tangled chord and length is so annoying i was wondering about the weight, compared to like a tv remote or something that everybody has, what does it feal like it weighs?
Turn down your DPI if you are struggling with it moving a tiny bit when you click or when you stop...you may not think you are moving, but when the DPI is as high as this mouse offers it will pick it up.

@RankWinner yeah i understand that. But its hard to justify that with computers atleast. Because you could add up the parts and it will be like 300 dollars more. If its premade, prebuilt. Its harder to figure out if its actually free and the cost is just being added to the computer

@sebascorrea97 ok to answer your question. no, you can not use a cell phone charger, it will not fit. one end of the cord is connected to the usb port of the computer, the other end is connected to the charging base or the mouse depending if you are using it wirelessly or not

And one more thing...north americans medium wage range is U$ 4000,00. Our medium wage is around U$ 1200 or so. lolll, put it in like a man ceasar, it goes in smooth if you know how xD and to avoid clicking stuff when undoing it you have to have a sort of technique to it that makes it easy once you get it down. hold it with the bottom sort of on the bottom of your palm with the mouse facing your palm and use your index finger to trigger the switch, pull out the chord and bammo! hope this helps everyone :P

Ive had the mamba for a year, and I have never had a bad time pluggin / unpluggin the cord from the mouse. Not even the first time. So what he says about the cord is bullshit.
the problem about drift you talked about, is not only a issue for the mamba, but if you use 4000 dpi example and a high sens, you should set it down for opimal use etc.
finally a honest review. everywhere else i seen they're all boosting "omg i love the feel of this mouse" or "130 dollars well spend", seriously there are so many biased reviewers out there.
honestly i have that mouse and a regular GE wireless mouse and i cant tell the difference except for the price/mouse clicking noise much more silent on the mamba

The dpi buttons can be set to any key on your keyboard all buttons can. Got mine today. 1000 updats per sec of your mouse movements while wireless its really fast at moving your gun sights and at high speed movements its controlable not out of control like other mice.
One question. Would you also take it as a portable mouse. Because i Want to have this mouse, and not the orochi(because 2 less buttons that i can use for games, if I can change the settings of the two on the fly- dpi- buttons). In 1 1/2 years i will take it to school every day. And in winters i am skiing every weekend, so I have to take the Mouse with me. I don't care about the price. Because this mouse also seems portable.
Anyone wanting to know if this mouse is a ripoff the answer is no. I just bought this mouse installed it and the 1ms response time is amazing and you will see a difference if your using like an optical or regular laser mouse. I am a fan of razer not because of how they make the products look but how they make them. they're the best pc gaming products available in my opinion.

The price is over the top. But, if people have the money to spend on the mouse then let them. The people that are going to think this is a great mouse are those that like playing FPS games. Being able to change the DPI on the fly is great for those kind of games. Also, unlike alot of mice it comes with a rechargable battery pack, which in my oppinion is very convenient.
@Omarized160 Lol man, all of u guys not knowing what to install, I had the mouse for a while, and it's the best mouse ever, much better than the logitech I had (mx revolution). Just use it properly, install the good firmware, and drivers, and u'll be fine.
i dont have a problem with putting in the wire into the mouse but taking it out is sorta a pain with clicking it. but i dont feel that i need to charge it by plugging it in, jst put it on the dock when not in use it lasts like 9hrs
to change a mouse is like changing a car if youre used to driving FWD and you change to a RWD you cant just expect to drive it the same way youre used to and its the same with a mouse,
But dont exepct that you dont need to learn the new one ^.-
if a normal player is going from 400 dpi and then putt youre hands on a 5700dpi will never be the same, adjustable DPI is a plus, start up low and build youre way up. As for me DPI increase is no porblems, but then again i am an extreme/intens gamer
The g9x is now faster then this mouse. It's going at 5700dpi but the mamba feels better and it's easier to click on the middle button on the mamba. The mamba is better except for the dpi buttons which are more convenient. The g9x has interchangeable grips which was cool and made me want to reconsider returning it but the middle button hard to press really pissed me off
i had the problem with the lachesis with cursor jumps, but not when you clicked.. it would just Radomly move, really Really anoying, especially when gaming, but they fixed it with firmware.. But i had a problems with it. now i sold the lachesis and bought a deathadder again, because i had once a deathadder already ;)
deathadder is good and lachesis is good too after the updates. Of course the lachesis now is fully functional and haven't had any problems with it. I have the death adder and the lachesis and the mamba and i'd have to say that the mamba works really well. The Mamba has DPI buttons unlike the deathadder where you had to set the buttons to be DPI. Also the mamba is wireless, and after the updates works really well. There is grip on the sides unlike the deathadder and it fits the hand REALLY well

Anyone wanting to know if this mouse is a ripoff the answer is no. I just bought this mouse installed it and the 1ms response time is amazing and you will see a difference if your using like an optical or regular laser mouse. I am a fan of razer not because of how they make the products look but how they make them. they're the best pc gaming products available in my opinion.

got this mouse and its a buggy piece of shite looks good n all but tbh waste of money and the battery life is very poor previously owned a g5 shoulda just stuck with logitech they make quality gaming stuff

The price is over the top. But, if people have the money to spend on the mouse then let them. The people that are going to think this is a great mouse are those that like playing FPS games. Being able to change the DPI on the fly is great for those kind of games. Also, unlike alot of mice it comes with a rechargable battery pack, which in my oppinion is very convenient.
Just my 2 cents.

@Omarized160 Lol man, all of u guys not knowing what to install, I had the mouse for a while, and it's the best mouse ever, much better than the logitech I had (mx revolution). Just use it properly, install the good firmware, and drivers, and u'll be fine.

i dont have a problem with putting in the wire into the mouse but taking it out is sorta a pain with clicking it. but i dont feel that i need to charge it by plugging it in, jst put it on the dock when not in use it lasts like 9hrs

to change a mouse is like changing a car if youre used to driving FWD and you change to a RWD you cant just expect to drive it the same way youre used to and its the same with a mouse,
But dont exepct that you dont need to learn the new one ^.-
if a normal player is going from 400 dpi and then putt youre hands on a 5700dpi will never be the same, adjustable DPI is a plus, start up low and build youre way up. As for me DPI increase is no porblems, but then again i am an extreme/intens gamer

The g9x is now faster then this mouse. It's going at 5700dpi but the mamba feels better and it's easier to click on the middle button on the mamba. The mamba is better except for the dpi buttons which are more convenient. The g9x has interchangeable grips which was cool and made me want to reconsider returning it but the middle button hard to press really pissed me off

i had the problem with the lachesis with cursor jumps, but not when you clicked.. it would just Radomly move, really Really anoying, especially when gaming, but they fixed it with firmware.. But i had a problems with it. now i sold the lachesis and bought a deathadder again, because i had once a deathadder already ;)

deathadder is good and lachesis is good too after the updates. Of course the lachesis now is fully functional and haven't had any problems with it. I have the death adder and the lachesis and the mamba and i'd have to say that the mamba works really well. The Mamba has DPI buttons unlike the deathadder where you had to set the buttons to be DPI. Also the mamba is wireless, and after the updates works really well. There is grip on the sides unlike the deathadder and it fits the hand REALLY well
