@painter107 hi,I locked the diff using a two component kind of cement. open the diff,wash out grease and squeeze the stuff inside the diffcase. if you want an open diff again you have to buy a second diffcase and gears to replace the whole thing.

@SuperJuntao thanks,I bought the kit from local mail order shop and built it. it´s a Tamiya assembly kit.
