I'm all for people being happy in their own body - and I try not to judge people. But this is unhealthy. At the end of the day if someone was as thin as she is big they would be sectioned and force fed! People don't seem to realise this is just as much an eating disorder as anorexia/ bulimia/ other and just as dangerous. It's not taken seriously. I feel she is not very well. There would be outrage if her husband was making her starve herself. This is the same!
