  • You try hitting the un-sheathed part of any tendon hard and repeatedly with a reflex hammer and tell me again real tendonitis does not actually exist! Don't forget to let those "researchers" know about this Youtellytuber Test® too.

  • yes, i think that was agains examiner resistence

  • yes I think the examiner should resist the patient's active supination movement

  • isn't the examiner supposed to resist and the patient actively moves?

  • The examiner should tell the pt. to not let their arm move while the examiner tries to pull the pt. into supination and external rotation.

That is how we learned it from the Rehab Specialist Handbook.

  • Wouldn't it be a tenosynovitis rather than a tendonitis since there is a synovial sheath at that position...and also since proper tendonitis doesn't really exist according to research in the last few years.

  • and what are exeercises to treat this problem?

is it rotator cuff work and stretching of the biceps tendon?

  • tendinitis of the long head of the biceps

  • What is this test for?

  • to determine if someone has bicipital tendinitis

  • Thanks!

  • thanks

  • thank you!
