  • I really love your exercise videos, they are very informative! thank you so much for taking the time to make all of these :)

  • you know what? your way of doing them is the best for me, thanks!

  • does this really work ?

  • I can see her panty lines ;)

  • Comment removed

  • is this for guys too

  • i need to try the pulses but they sound a little harder then the other exercises

  • great body

  • It is really so fucking simple, and people unethical celebrity trainers make a fortune off of making people thinking it's something more complicated. If people even understood the basics of conservation of energy we'd be set. 10 squats at 225 lbs burns more calories than 10 squats with 30lb db. It doesn't get anymore basic than that!

  • *pant* I did two other exercises before this, wow my thighs burn, and I'm not even sure I'm doing them right lol

  • You do not talk about adding weight in your video. Oh wait, let me guess, you don't want to get "bulky" even though no female on the planet has ever gotten bulky naturally from lifting heavy weights because they don't have enough testosterone. It's really an excellent scheme to keep women overweight and unhappy with their results so they keep coming back to trainers like you with their wallets wide open. No progressive overload = no results. Period.

  • @jskrabac i cant help but think you are overweight. doing exercises with more weight builds muscle, and this is true because i used to lift weights and i got really big arms, it was not a good femenine touch to my body s i stoped, after i stoped the muscle quickly turned to flab now i have to start all over to get rid of that flab and actually tone th muscle, not just build more on to it, because if u do that then it will just turn to flab once u stop working out

  • @whjwahh Muscle does not turn to flab. Doing exercise with more weight increases intensity, increases metabolic demand, increases capacity for fat loss. lol@ "you must be overweight." Google image search "sausage link final transformation." The first pic will be my transformation from last summer. 6 months of strictly weight training. No conventional cardio. Lifting heavy weights and eating a caloric deficit. I got down to 10% body fat. You REALLY have a lot to learn.

  • @whjwahh Muscle does not convert to fat, moron.

  • HOT

  • Any sugestions for people with arthritis? I've been trying to get in some semblance of shape but between the joint pain in my back and knees it's hard to do even the simpler exercises like this.

  • LOL wow, if only i was a girl, i could "workout" like this instead of a real workout hahah oh women, theyre too cute

  • @lsisoccer5 well i dont know about you but when it comes to girls, we don't want to be bulky or too muscular. we wanted to be fit and toned so yeah, our workouts are a little bit different from guy's. and plus, not every girl is the same, some may have to do more intense cardio than others, others may just need to focus and different areas of the body.

  • @vynxt well you can do squats and stuff, like men do, in fact women can do all the same exercises and not bulk up, but they should use a lot less weight and do more reps, thats it, but yea

  • @lsisoccer5 wrong

  • @bazmik how so?

  • @lsisoccer5 Women have the distorted idea that doing 10000 reps and 'feeling the burn' is them 'burning' off the fat. Women who want to get strong, fit and I dare say it, toned, need to have good form, use heavy weight and keep the reps low (like under 6). This will allow them to use more fuel while gaining strength but not appreciable size (they wont get bulky). You wont turn into the Hulk if you lift something thats over 45lbs

  • @bazmik sry bur lighter weight and more reps is what gets tone, a lot more so than what you said, ive been told by numerous great strength coaches

  • @lsisoccer5 sorry, but thats a lie

  • @narktheshark09 im sry but its not, do you have any support?

  • @lsisoccer5 LMAO.

  • @lsisoccer5 Get a job grown ass man.

  • @PrettyPurpleful grown ass man lol what are you then 10? im 20 nd in college, and i do have a job, hbu

  • @lsisoccer5 You are an adult asshole! You must be the one thinking that your 10. Stop playing on the computer get back to work!

  • @PrettyPurpleful yup you're def ten, or maybe younger, you cant even sprll "you're" correctly, and how am i an a-hole?

  • do you do this everyday ?? or every other day ??

  • can this help me kick higher??

  • this is very bad for your knees. if you do this often you will pay a price in your 40s and 50s

  • lovin this playlist :)

  • its soo funny how when you watch workout stuff or anything in general your like that looks soo easy i can do that and then you do it you like omg this hurts i cant do it!

  • Horrible form, you're supposed to move straight down, not forward/down.

  • lol they play a mcdonalds comercial before the workout video

  • Trick is to do the hard ones, get so good at it thats its easy, then realise you have awesome legs.

  • I like those pulses

  • my gawd, shes so fit!

  • IT BURNS!! ... BUT IT WORKS

    **GOOD TIMES, GOOD TIMES**

  • Dudeee this shit is hardd aha i do this for volleyball :P

  • awesome. so if i do this like everyday in a month it sould work ^_^ i can't wait i'm doin it all now

  • @XToka37 did it work?

  • @cmsuttsutt yeah like after a coupple days of doing it, it leaves u sore but if u keep doing it yeah it should work. it kinda hurts doing it everyday.

  • i'm going to do these beacause i have had tendonitis on my upper tendons things :( so need to strenghten them :)

  • Approximately 12 million Americans suffer from incontinence. It affects women and men of all ages.

  • how the hell do I get rid of all that text covering her????

  • @Ginyuu5 click on the little red box on the bottom of the video

  • My wife better look like that lol

  • I wanna make my thighs less fat, will this help?

  • @freakyvenni well, if you do at least 50-60 a day then your thighs will get skinnier. If you want the best results then you can do 100 a day. But the thing is your weight on your thighs that you work off will shift to another part of your body, im guessing the stomach.

  • I've been doing all the work-out she beens doing since 10:30 and now it's 11:06 and Im sweatin a waterfall..she makes it look easy but her work out makes u sweat :-) thank's jamie I really needed to work my inner thighs out. I feel great.

  • Shes so pretty and makes it look not so difficult- thank you.

  • my god. having muscle pulls are horrible. im gunna have to wait weeks before i can do any of this....best expert so far :)

  • That'll help me with my horse riding thanks for the video.

  • shes hot.

  • Does this actually make you loose weight or does it just tone your thighs?

  • its kind of mostly for your thights

  • @rudegalsw2 it targets your thigh muscles, but you're also burning calories. to slim down you have to tone muscles AND do cardio exercises. if you don't do cardio, chances are you won't lose as much weight and you'll get bigger, because your muscle will grow under the fat. if you're a female and don't want to bulk up, you should also mix in some pilates or at least stretch often to make the muscles leaner.

  • @blackmoon2188 So if you add in the palates and some running along with these thigh workouts it will help you *lose* weight and not just gain muscle?

  • thank you! I'm gona give this a go and try and keep it up everyday :)

  • We r doing it like steps in trainings :D Aaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrgh! That is so dificoult! I hate it XD

  • you seem like amanda bynes a little the way you talk!

  • ok will this make my legs skinner or just make the muscle stronger

  • will dis make my thighs bigger becoz das what i want 2 happen :(

  • no it will make them smaller u have to eat alot of candy to get big ones XD

  • i already do :( lol i eat so much junk food aswell jus dnt put on weight 4 sum reason..

  • lucky!!!

  • You probbly have a fast metabolism and it is ok coz some poeple would die to have that!!!

  • yeh i know i hav tht i wish i didnt i relly want to put on sum weight it jus doesnt happen plus im tall about 5 ft 7 arghh hate it :(

  • no it will make your thighs bigger. or at least more toned. im the same way. i used to be a professional swimmer but i quit to lose weight. i eat so much and it took me forever but now i finally put on some pounds. but it didnt go to my legs it went to my stomach. so these really help.

  • good advice but wouldn't the pulsing part be a bad idea? it's like ballistic stretching. you might go too far and hurt yourself.

  • do you only have only for thigh? how about for arms? hehe..:) i love all your work out!!! :)

  • Thank you so much for posting this up!!!! really enjoyed it!!!! It really worked for me..You're amazing!!!nice job!

  • how long will this take for a person who is a size 3 to become a size 1?

  • If you ask questions like this, you obviously haven't done a lot of reading yet. If you want to lose fat, you must do cardio exercises. Go ride your bicycle, start running, do sports and adapt your food. Stop eating chips, candy, fast food, etc but eat plenty of healthy stuff. Combine cardio training with power training. Oh and airstrike you have no clue. Doing leg exercises won't burn 'leg fat'. It will burn fat in general but there's no such thing as localised burning of fat.

  • i do have a clue thats y im giving advice smart one

  • Doing leg exercises will burn as much "leg fat" as arm exercises will burn "leg fat". You simply can't isolate parts of your body and burn fat in that place only. The key to losing fat is doing good cardio exercises. If you want to lose fe abdominal fat, it's not much use doing sit ups, you need to do cardio like biking/running/... Yes these exercises will burn body fat but they don't "target" the legs because it's just not possible to target one area of your body. Simple as that...

  • Thats true that you can't target a specific body part but it is possible when toning.

  • oh thnk yew!(:

but i was looking for a workout

tht will get them thicker not

    thinner but thnks anywyas :D

  • would lunges make me get chicken legs :/

  • well it depends pn how many times u do them they for sure will slim down ur legs if u have fat legs i garuntee u will lose weight from this in those legs i did this and in about 4 weeks i lost weight in my legs then i was able to fit in the skinny jeans ive always wanted :P

  • lol funny:)

  • I hurt my knee. and now theres grinding in my knee or another words. i feel poping everytime i do lunges. Should i still to lunges even though theres grinding on my knees? or should i wear my brace while im doing my lunges?

  • you sure your doing it right??

if there still pain you should consult a doctor.

you might have injure your self.

  • well it doesnt hurt. It just feels weried. i have to do lunges because i have to regain my thigh muscle back. is there any other excersises i could do to regain my thigh muscles at home or outside? cause i cant afford Phsyical theropy... :P

  • When performing lunges, your knee should not pass your toes. Otherwise, you put unnecessary strees on your knee, and therfore you will expercience knee pain. Furtermore, taking a longe step will reduce the emphasize on your knee joint.

    Hope this works!

  • How many should you do if you are a beginner?

  • i just started out at the gym & my personal trainer has set me 3 sets of 15 with 5kg weighs in one hand, so you really dont need to go overboard

  • What Part of the Body Does Lunges Work for?

  • how long till u c the difference ?

  • How much is a few lunges? I've been doing lunges for just over two months, but haven't really understood how many to do everyday.

  • Usually a 'set' is about 15 lunges, to get a good workout you should do about 2 or 3 sets. you'l really feel it !!

  • no dude u need to do 8 - 12 reps with 6 sets and add weight to your self some how good way is a pair of dumb bells

  • 8 to 12 sets a day??!!??

  • 6 sets

  • hold dumbbells in each hand for extrawin.

  • Yes, this will help you losing some fat. But you could also run, that's probably gonna help you even more.

  • seems to work tho so tht good

    :)

  • she makes everything look so easy

    lol

  • i know! lol

    it looks soo simple.....bloody not!!

  • Does this just tone the muscle? I'm trying to lose weight on my inner thigh, will this help?

  • You can´t really burn fat off of one single place on your body. You gotta keep doing cardio or exercises that gets your puls going and the fat will burn off everywhere.

  • Either go running or do stepups =] I warn you though they can kill your calf muscles

  • how long do you have to do it for

  • 10000 loll

  • To make this move even more effective instead of comming back up to switch legs, hop and stay in the lung position. It not only works your thighs, but it gets your heart rate up as well!!!

  • youre sooo hot

  • holy hell these hurt and it feels so good!

  • the normal lunge exercise just helped me tone my outer thighs :( ...

  • Try changing the position of your legs. You might be lunging forward wrong. Watch yourself in fromt of a mirror to check your form. (if all else fails try side lunges) Hope that helps!!! :)

  • How many do we do? :)

  • I'm going to do this tonight after my walk. =]

I want to tone my inner thighs, thx.

  • will this make my thighs smaller please tell me quick

  • If you change your diet, then yes. Exercises like these will also make you more toned.

  • lets say you eat healthy and you do it twice a day, along with other inner thigh workouts, will you find the change quick?

  • that depends on what you consider "change." you will definetely become stronger quickly but it will take longer to see visible change.

  • thx!

  • If you do this all the time do you think I'll get flexible?

  • unless you cant stretch that much no.
