Gayle keeps Tracy around because this is a show. In real life, nobody would get away with acting the way she did towards a co-worker, or in general. Olivia literally does nothing to her, and Tracy brings her down, every chance she has. In real life she would be fired, but this is a show, and every show NEEDS a villain. So Tracy does play a pivotal role in Jerseylicious. Keep in mind that this is an objective opinion. I'm team Olivia, but i did not let that Influence my opinion on this matter.
