MSI GX700 notebook at CeBIT 2008

Is this really Cebit 2008? I bought this laptop in 2007 and it wasn't new then. Odd... since I would expect them to show new stuff there if it was the 2008 Cebit which I do think it is, I mean why would they lie in a video like this. lol

Anyway, strange. Fixed my laptop though, it was running hot due to old and solidified cooling paste. It's running like a charm again. ^_^

@maxumie I personally kinda like the flames... one of the reasons I have that exact laptop model... that and the really nice blu-ray drive and screen resolution.

i got it for $ 1400 but hadware cuztomise .... and i still use it cause i bouth it 2 years ago .. and this laptop has never put me down until now ..

Anyone know if the HP HDX 16, that got the same spaces of the MSI GX600 is any good compared to this? I know MSI gaming laptops are not bad because I have two of my friends that got one, But I might be going for the HP pavilion HDX16 which is also new to the market.

this laptop is very good, it can possibly play any game thats out there, im gonna get the msi gx600 though, they look the same but im guessing the gx700 is better?

I gonna get the msi gx600 also but the different between 600 and the 700 is the screen 600 get a 15.4" and 700 get a 17" widescreen so if you travel a lot take the 600

yeah I understand, little screen is better for traveling. but somebody prefers 15,4" and somebody likes 17" and if somebody buy it already, so it's not problem travel with this monstrum, too. ;-)
