these little heaven mints REALLY FUCKING WORK! Get the 4mg one not the 2mg. You can even cut the 4mg ones in half to make 2mg ones. Then into quarters for 1mg chunks. 81 x 2 = 162 (2mg) peices. That was hilarious!! My husband has been using these lozenges for a month now..they really help! It works people..He tried the patch, then going cold turkey, then the electronic cigarette..none of those worked for him but he likes the lozenges cause they taste like a cigarette (I think it's the nicotine he's tasting) with a slight hint of mint but not too over-powering just a light mint taste.

These ads send all the wrong message!! They should NOT say, "quitting sucks"........but, "SMOKING SUCKS"!!!! Quitting does not suck at all! Your taste buds start working again, you can breathe better, and you're over the worst of it after the first few weeks! But smoking--SUCKS. It's a real addiction. To kick nicotine is more difficult than getting off heroin, I've read!! With all the information out there now, and with all the hundreds of carcinogens/chemicals in cig smoke----SMOKING SUCKS!!
