I think the problem is, that these people THINK that it is necessary to eat meat every day. They don't know that humans can live without (if they can supplement vitamin B12) or with very little meat.

I've lived in west africa for a year and both meat and vegetables are staples of the diet. food tastes a lot better there than in america where things are genetically modified for mass-production.
