You can model your villain after any negative thing you can find in nature and it will work out perfectly, I’m sorry, but I think it's easier to create villains because anything goes.

If it ain't for Jack, Marvel would have been bankrupt for good. As the repomen was collecting all the furnitures in the Marvel Office and Stan was crying. Jack made an offer to Stan which became history with 12 title characters in Jack's portfolio (you know who these characters are) and Marvel was out of the broke house. Because of creative differences Jack went back to DC to do Jimmy Olsen and The New Gods and Stan claimed all the credit where as Jack was forgotten! Shame really!
