I wish they would do a crash test of the smaller Tacoma's. The ones that are not as off road capable. I fear they may have a different result. They certainly aren't the same size!

Size doesn't always matter my friend. You would likely suffer less in a smaller car with better crash absorption in the bumpers... maybe not the same on the sides, but a frontal impact would likely be better in a small car.

@Petersworld518 I assume you are talking about the 2x4 "mini truck" 5 lug models. I may be wrong, but I think they still have the same frame, just different suspension parts and smaller tires/wheels. I would imagine they would perform just as well.

@afwrestler19 I imagine it would perform almost identically. I'm just curious since the truck is lower, thus making the point of impact relatively higher, if that would make any appreciable difference. If it did I don't think it would be huge but like I said I'm just curious to see.
