At the moment I need the propane for heating myself when dining outside; it's still quite fresh in Germany especially at night. But a gas grill similar to yours is on my wish list, irrationally so because the grill in my electric oven is just a step away from the fridge that holds the meat. I wonder whether it is correct to keep the grill going at full blast all the time while you cook the meat. Why not grill both sides sharply and then turn down the heat, like you do in a frying pan?
yo nice burgers man, but you only need to flip them once, they'll cook a but faster. I'm gonna try out your way, but you could also put a couple onion slices on them right after you flip, and then close the grill, and then butter the buns, your taste buds will explode lol
I'm glad i was eating chips and you should have bought ground beef and prepared them they would have tasted a little better. and always put the cheese on before they come off the grill
