the only time this happens is in mid game when the ball is going out of bounds. i usually get it from my own teammate. this just happened to me last week when Trevor Ariza batted it at me and i slammed it home.

In my 2k10 players dive when the ball's gonna go out of bounds, and actually I think it's quite cool 'cause sometimes the ball goes back to me and sometimes not. But this dive is hilarious, I think that player must be too nervous about the draft combine.

the only reason these glitches/errors are in the game is because if 2k were to fix all the glitches and make the game perfect then there would be no need for 2k11 or 2k12. They recycle the game every year just to sell the product to us as a new improved game. Since we have no choice in fixing things we get same game more or less every year.

I don't know about you guys, but the computer never dives for me at all in 2k9 or 2k10 combine.. I always had to do they diving. I have only had the opportunity to dive once in 2k10 thus far. But this is definitely not an issue for me or anybody I play with. If it is an issue for you, I am sure its not going to be once the game comes out in a few weeks. Believe that. 2K sports is where its at!!

You ask why this error is in 2k10 and not 2k9. It's possible that they tried to make the "diving out of bounds" more prominent this year, maybe because LIVE is making such a big deal out of it from their part. The diving occurs more frequently, and is sometimes done at wrong situations.

They should know about all these issues cause they have lots of game testers that get paid to point out every glitch/problems in the game,so I guess they haven't bother fixing them on this version of the game,hopefully these and the other problems are fixed when the game comes out.

This is definitely a problem 2k!

Sometimes my teammates would save the ball even if the last touch was by the opposing team. Sometimes they would save the ball under my opponents basket, and my opponent gets an easy standing dunk.

But the worst of all is when my teammate saves the ball when he could simply pick it up and initiate a fast break, or give us possession.
