how much boost psi do u push and do u have anything done to the exaust side of your turbo. I'm running a DP Tuner with the 140 tune, 5 inch exaust, stage 1 aFe intake, ats compressor housing, and x-wheel (same thing as the banks wheel), stock waste gate but I got it blocked, and I'm pushing 19psi and I was pushing 28psi with stock turbo parts. Trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.

@2000pete73 Hey. Nice set up. I have all that plus the banks turbo (exhaust side), the banks intercooler, big head waste gate and the Stealth Hpop. I also only have a 4" exhaust.  I barely get 24-25psi. I just get all that psi real quick. Just from an idle, no load, i can punch it, clutch in and get 13-14 psi.

@2000pete73 When you say you have the wastegate blocked.. do you mean, the wastegate control line, or is it physically blocked off, will not open? If everything is kosher with the turbo.. you're looking at either the wastegate is blowing open because it's set too loose because you had to remove it to get the ATS on there, your up-pipes are leaking (look for soot behind and under the turbo) or the boost gauge isn't working right. I would make sure the wastegate is set properly first though.

I have the ATS housing with stock wheel, 4" exhaust, DIY napa intake, adrenaline HPOP, dieselsite boots, and TDP tunes. On the econo tune, I hit 30psi on the stock turbo.

I unplugged the line going to the wastegate so it never opens.

Oh, and I run on W85 (85% waste motor oil and 15% gasoline).

That is just the banks monster mufler. My truck never had a cat

what wheels and tires and lift are you running ? also what size tires and wheels.

This was a long time ago. This was 305/75/16 MTZs (those tires suck) and Mickey Thompson Classic II wheels (16x10). Truck has a leveling kit and rear add a leaf.

I currently have 35" Goodyear MTRs on the same wheels with the same lift. Looks much more proportional now

I don't know about you but me and my parents have never had good luck with Goodyear tires. I don't know if it's the Florida heat or what but they sure as hell don't like it down here.

i have the same truck with a tuner, intake, dual straight pipe exhaust on it but it doest smoke like that what else can i do

i got the dp tuner, aem intake, banks exhuast, banks intercooler, banks turbo wheel and the ats ported turbo houseing. if you have a ts chip or a dp tuner it should smoke. i have a smoke only tune on my dp

what tunner you got my friends has a diablo tunner on his and it smokes alot
