it's simple enough to tell...they're not lipsinging. i don't want to be mean but you can hear his pitch shifts -- but also in the background you can hear the backtrack. IT'S STILL AMAZING FOR A LIVE PERFORMANCE! <3 I love bands like CN Blue FTI and Trax that can rock with their instruments like this!! There needs to be more, anyone can sing and use autotune(not bashing on anyone else i love them) but it takes talent to play instruments...and practice. GOOD JOB GUYS

I can hear the backtrack and also the instruments. They are REALLY playing. They're just playing over the backtrack. Jay, on the other hand, is singing live. As for you people who thinks they're lip-syncing/not really playing, do you guys not know what a backtrack is?!! Almost everyone thinks backtrack IS the studio track itself when its NOT! Ugh, its annoying how people try to understand all the technical stuff of music when they really don't know anything. Just stick to listening, 'aight? <.<

@caitlinrobb182 Actually a lot of music shows don't allow bands to play live (for various reasons such as it takes too long to set up in between bands, etc.). So when fans say they're upset that the band doesn't play live, we're not criticizing the integrity of the band itself, but rather the stupid rules of the music show.

Ugh. People. If you know KPOP in any way you'll know that they don't lipsync their live performances. They put in back up parts in different sections of the song. Same thing with the guitar. He's playing live but there are different guitar parts in the background at different times that make it sound like he's not playing.

I feel really sad that this is what TRAX has come to. If you look at there older music videos they were not like this AT ALL. I hate how they aren't even allowed to play and look how they want to. Especially since Korea is all about pop and dance music. TRAX has had to change because they didn't get enough appreciation as they were before which is not awesome and they are just as awesome now and they were back then!!!! TRAX is under appreciated even though they are soooo talented!

However, there would be one problem: a lot of these K-pop-rock bands have songs with extra production touches (i.e., distorted vocals, keyboard parts, percussion sounds that acoustic drums can't play), and that would force these bands to play very strictly to backing tapes or to play very stripped-down of their songs, or simply make those songs simple in the first place; either way, it robs the songs of their power. However, I hope some solution can be reached. :)
