@kamalchambal veerji...one of the main foundation of sikhism is equality...i think that answers it all...women at that time were suppressed and this might be one of the reasons why none of the women came forward...but today time has changed...and you said yourself guruji never specified gender.

Vaheguru ji ka khalsa Vaheguru ji ki fatheh! Bhaji what camera are you using here? The quality is great but I noticed sometimes it goes in and out of focus, and sometimes the lighting changes - is this because of the camera, or some setting on it? I'd like to get an SLR digital camera but not sure which is great for video, interviews, etc.
@kulpreetsinghdotcom I was using the Canon 5D MarkII but haven't really used the video mode much. Autofocus doesn't work like normal video cameras on SLR cameras which is why I had issues. When I zoom in or out I have to manually focus which was hard...and did have some weird problem with the exposure at one point. It suppose it takes a bit more practice and learning some new techniques. Would be fine for still use...but when moving around with a lot of zooming it is a bit more challenging.
