When someone is arrested in hot springs for skateboarding on city sidewalks, it's not a "no skateboarding" law they are violating, it is a trespassing law they are violating by doing something that is prohibited on property that is not their own. There are no federal laws against skateboarding and there never will be.

bike and skateboards are prohibited by law on the boardwalk shown in the video. so there is no difference.
who claims they aren't policing drug laws? each cop has his area to patrol. there are more than 2 officers in HSPD. there are also multiple divisions within the department which deal with specific matters e.g. drugs, gangs, traffic, homicide etc...

Skateboarding is "against the law" everywhere in my town but the cops here are pretty easy on us. They stop by tell us where to go that's "legal". Usually only when someone calls and complains. Are officers here realize there are more important things to worry about like the crackhouse down the street that has little kids playin infront of it.
