@AyYnAnO Stereo typing a breed of dog is bullshit, it's the owner/breeder who makes the dog nasty. Treat your dog properly and it will show you the same kindness. Just be extra carefull with rescue pitbulls/staffy's as you just don't know how the dog has been raised or treated but that doesn't mean don't rescue them! All dogs should be rescued and shown real love, but in your case since you have kids in your home I'd suggest having one from a pup. Hope your mum changes her mind.
