I'm a huge Britney fan, and I know a lot of fans would disagree... but you're totally and completely right! Her dancing for Circus songs is not right... whether it's her or her choreographer, it's just not as good as it was. In the Zone had the best dance moves, espec. Me Against the Music. I think some of her life turmoil might have affected her and she can't get it back the way it used to be. She's still good on track, but stage presence has lost quite a bit.
