You can find it really easily in Los Santos. Just go to one of the railroad stations, and follow one of the tracks back to a loading area. There's tons of stuff there. Tear gas, shotguns, armour, and chainsaws can all be found in that area.

Wrong, its a tear gas grenade, there are no smoke grenades. once you throw it at someone the "Smoke", you could say, slowly drains their health. a smoke grenade wouldn't do that.

Yu dnt need to do the flight school. Just get a trck park ner one of th wall of the los santos airport. The o made of bricks and jump in thr get a plane and fly for a few minutes. Tadan! No need to go to filght school.

The Tear Gas is liek the dildo and the vibrator, you can only found them in one place.

Tear Gas - Las Venturas airport.

Dildo - Los Santos Police HQ.

Vibrator - Somewhere near the school where you learn to pilot boats, after Gant Bridge, on Tierra Robada.
